Do you mix meat with vegatable?

I love vegetables and meat. I love a nice stir fry with vegetables cooked in with the meat. I also love pretty much all Chinese food which of course is made with a lot of vegetables and sauces and meat mixed together. And of course pastas mixed with vegetables and meats are very god as well. Vegetables mixed with meat and other things is really good.

Yes in fact there is a meal out here on the island where we mix cabbages and salt fish and it is quite a tasty treat .Another meal would be chicken and ackees .I have always maintained that a pure vegetarian diet cannot provide all the essential amino acids and that we need animal protein in our diet . Consequently I am all for mixing my diet becaus ethat is the best way to have a balance diet

Frankly speaking i don't like vegetables when i was still studying. I don't like the taste. Years ago when i do appreciate veggies, the good benefit that i could get if i eat them. Anyway, i like it with or without meat on it. Here in my country we love to eat "pinakbet". Pinakbet is consist of native vegetables saute in garlic,onion tomato,seasone with salt,black pepper,msg and with "Bagoong"(it is made with anchovies or other varieties of small fish that have been cleaned, salt cured, and allowed to ferment for a period of time, which may be as long as several weeks or even months).

Hi umer5222,Yes i do,i used to mixed meat when cooking vegetables.My family loves to eat vegetables if mixed with meat.It will taste so delicious and enhances the taste of the vegetables.Good Day!
