I want to loss my 20 kg weight within 3 months

Dear friends Please help me to loss weight. Now my weight is 75 kgs. I want to loss my extra 20 kgs within three months. Because after three month I will go to a great party, where I should be look good and beautiful. Please suggests something. I have not enough time to do yoga. If there are some good medicines (which is available in India), please tell me.

hard work and exercise is the only way theres no quick fixes, cardio work and also remeber to limit your carb intake, eat vegtables instead of high carb food and drink water. Personally I dont think you will do it but what do I know set your sites on it and limit those high carb food groups and you may just do it. Though be careful losing too much weight too quickly as the skin will need time to firm up, my uncle had a stomach staple and he lost loads of weight but then had to have surgery to remove the flabby skin that was left.

u just take low calories of food. avoid oily n spicy food stuff, make ndaily walk around 5.30 a.m. for atleast 30 minutes.i want suggest one food suplementary for u. i.e. international product. if u like to know about that please contact me over cell 09941181201..my wife is also taking the food supplementary, so u also just try it. thank u friend

eat oatmeal in the morning. eat anything in good amount in the afternoon. lastly just drink bitter melon shake in the evening. no more no less. believe me you'll achieve the desired body weight in time without feeling unhealthy neither worry on side effects and wear that dream dress you have. happy mylotting

I think you need a hard work doing that, my friend. Eat less and having a regular exercise that really give you result...Don't eat more fatty foods. Eat vegetables,don't sweet foods just avoid that...

See................. i have lost 3kg in 7 days................... i don't go to gym............ i just run and jogg................. i cnt tell u how u can look beautiful................... bt i can tell u 1 thing............. don't take ny medicines....................... they harm u more than they work............

hi u need to have a proper diet for that and u have to workout on regular basis.i'l recommend that u join some good fitness centre.they can help you alot in this case.n yeah don't forget,DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.it will really help you a lot.

working out and eating right. if you do that then dropping the pounds is possible. but there is no easy way to do it. i am not sure how much 20 kgs is, cause i am from USA. but i know that if you are serious about dropping the pounds, you need cardo with weight training. if you do a work out with those things in it every single day for three months, you are going to do it. no junk food and lost and lost of water. good luck

thats a tough job but not at all impossible. I think the best remedy to loose weight is to walk and only walk. Jogging can also be useful many a times. I remember I was very fat and people commented on me for being obese but when my college started I have had to walk the whole distance and in 1-2 months , I was perfect in health and my weight was also decreased.

20 kilos in 3 month is to much. Half is doable, but hard. Just eat right. Eat whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables. Limit your portion sizes. Drink a lot of water. Get more exercise. Walking is always good exercise. Take the stairs instead of the lift whenever you can. Pills don't work and they are dangerous. Don't even think about taking any.

I ofen go runing in the morning before and lost some weight. It is easy to make your weight back after stopping. Now I use long-term style to control it,such as yoga and pilates. Of couse dancing is a fast way to lose weight.

Hey Anu you just cant ask for medicines to loose weight girl.try to workout and do the followint you would loose weight for sure coz it worked for my friends. Try to go on a complete diet for one day every week,take only fruit juices and healthy drinks do not touch food(rice,junk items) and drink lots of water.do this for the coming three months you look beautiful with a good look and do not take any medicines they might have side effects. Try to have bottle gourd juice everyother two days and do not drink water for one hour.This would help you to reducce the excess fat in your body.good day and all th best for your party.

hiiiii anu how r u? anu i think you eat only boil vegitables. and light food like daliya, mungdal khichari etc. if you eat nonvege so please leave it. you have chekup in doctor, may be you have a thyried problem. and you should drink more water. and please do it yoga you have three month to loss weight. i think you should yoga twice a day within 2-3 hours. i am sure if you do yoga in continusly 2-3 hours twice a day you have loss some weight in three month. you shoud do kapalbhati anulom vilom surynamskar.

If you are decided to do this I can tell you how I can do this last year. Is necessary don't eat junk food and don't eat anything after 06 pm o'clock. Try to walk every evening 30 min and don't use medicine before some doctor recommended you because you can die.

LOL I lose my extra rather immediately after birth. Not that I'm not fatter or have to slog during maternity leave ( ha ha housewife also gets that!! ). It's just eating only at mealtime, 3 times a day, no extra plate but simply one person's share per meal ( not necessarily less ). The thing is do the household chores yourself, and no laziness, swept and mop to the edges, bend if needed. Doing exercise is to tone the muscles so that your flesh doesn't look flabby or lose. I haven't been working out except perhaps a walk a day to the market/shops/school, either one or two. I don't go out much LOL. but I'm still as I am in my teens. My size is still 'M' (slim) although I have 4 children, maybe only not toned up. LOL

This is a very though question. Can you control your food? My friend went to slimming center and paid so much for slimming but she still cannot see any good results. Now she drinks slimming hearbs but the price is so expensive and she had stopped taking bacuse the product is too costly. I know she goes to gym to exercise regularly. I had not idea how to reduce weight since i am so thin and difficult to grow fat. I wish that i can help you

First, it is not good to take any medicines , maybe the effect is very obvious but it will go bad once you stop taking them. My suggestion is eat less, and take more exercise. Especially at night, don't eat anything after supper, and drink little water before sleep , it will let you looks like edema.Keep away those high fat,high calorific value food, you can eat vegetables and fruit instead, some of my friends who want to lose weight usually only eat fruit and vegetables. Do aerobic training daily, and insisted on at least half an hour,riding,running,dancing , if you insist on ,you will find these simple training helps a lot. So, you can take a try!

Discipline yourself by not eating carbs and fatty foods. Avoid too much sweets and sugar. And exercise

A very great challenge! I want to know how long about you?If you are higher than 175 cm,maybe the weight is ok.If not I advise you stick to running at least 3 times one week,remember longer than 30 min every time.you can slowly run but don't stop.Besides you had better eat more fresh vegetable and fruits and less meat and fish.
