Mylot doesn't work on my phone! =(

I'm pretty depressed about this. I have the internet/data package on my Blackberry, and I can ACCESS MyLot, but I can't respond to any of the discussions. After I push "Respond to Discussion" I can type away, but after I click that "submit" button at the bottom, the button disappears and I get stuck on the page. This happens EVERY time I try. Do you have a Blackberry? Does this same thing happen to you? (I have a Curve, 8520 I believe!) Is there anything we can do to fix this? I'd love to respond to a few discussions here and there from my phone!

Most phones don't support the capabilities required for posting on websites like this one. There are a lot of scripts on most websites, especially add-supported ones that slow down the fuctionality when viewing on a mobile. Right now websites that are stripped down to nothing but basic html are the only ones that will work. However, sometimes if you can get a good wi-fi connection in your location from your phone, that will usually boost the power enough to post.

Hi, maezee! Well, as I posted on another discussion, most built-in browsers can't support heavy script such as posting in here. And to solve that, you have to download an application to surf the net. If your phone supports java, you can try downloading opera mini. I use it on my nokia and it works on most models. I hope it helps, have a nice day!

My mobile phone's operating system is Windows Mobile 6.5 and I can post in Mylot by my cellphone. I think perhaps your cellphone browser doesn't support Mylot. Since you use Blackberry, so I can't share my cellphone browsers with you. So perhaps you have to find a browser to support it. I love China

I have one question related to your post.Is the service for net connection through your blackberry phone is cheaper?Or can you earn more in mylot so that the charges for using the net seems cheaper?I don't think so.Does it shows that you are addicted to mylot more?

Okay, I think mylot is using AJAX technology here, and so many mobile browser don't support Javascript completely as our computer browser. Have you tried installing opera? or Opera Mini? I mean any mobile browser released by major browser company? From what I heard, Mozilla will release their mobile browser also. I hope their mobile browser can support a lot of thing just like regular browser does. I never use a blackberry so I can't really give a suggestion since I don't know how Blackberry works with newly installed software and their compatibility. Good luck!

I hate trying to do any kind of online earning on a cell phone anyways. The screens really small and so is the keyboard and I always end up hitting the wrong buttons so mylotting would be pretty frustrating for me on a phone.

I have tried posting in mylot from my phone as well, but it just did't seem to work for me either. I could write it alright, but then when it came time to submit it, I couldn't find the button to do so. I was depressed about that too, as I since I do have the datea plan, I thought I could do more with it than I am being able to do. I think I just got the wrong phone, but I have only had it a few months, so I can't upgrade now. I will just have to deal with it, and besides, it is much easier to do it on my computer, where I do have wifi. I don't have wifi on my phone, so it would probably work better if I did, but I have to deal with that too. I probably won't try to do it on my phone to much though as it just is to small and doesn't work all that well. Taek care, and happy mylotting.

I guess this kind of program does not work on our cell phone, maybe someday it will. If that does make sence, it would be convenient for us to work on the mylot at any time as long as the cell phone is not out of work, hope that day comes early!

Very sorry to hear that! Why don't you try buying an iPhone. I am telling this because I am myLotting from my iPhone daily just as I would on the desktop. Its great and the webpage is shown very beautifully. Its a much nice experience!
