I Hate myself

I hate myself and I am not unable to lose weight, I promise every Monday that I will start tomorrow. I don't want to be such big I desire to lose weight for most health reasons. How to cope with Christmas and New Year without the weight increase?

I have been an Herbalife Distributor every since April 2009 and let me start by telling you this...the weight did not come overnight. You have got to make a change in your diet today, If you don't do something, you are going to find your self taking some prescribed medication from your doctor. The first thing is to get educated on good foods and bad foods. No one said that you can't eat bad foods ever again, everything is in moderation. Let me tell you how Herbalife worked for me. My co-worker told me about Herbalife after she had lost 45lbs in 3 months. I was always leery about that kind of stuff, but was willing to try it. I'm also want to lose weight but everytime I told myself that I'm not overeating anymore but it is hard to control my eating habits. I'm very weak to control the temptation when food is around. I tried so hard to lose weight this year because I want to be healthy and to normalize my hormones again.

Here is my daily regimen... I drink my herbalife wildberry with strawberries shake in the morning every morning (total of 280 calories) which means...not only did I eat/drink a healthy breakfast, but I was able to watch my calorie intake as well and maintain my weight for the day by starting my day with a healthy breakfast. The worst thing we can do to our bodies is not eat breakfast. We have to make sure we watch calories or else we are going to gain weight. No only that, I am able to save money by not eating a donut or a crossiant at Burger King. The fact is this...if you do not eat right, you will gain weight. You shouldn't be hating yourself. It's you, and yourself, is the one to cooperate. Don't lie to yourself. Start reaching your wish! I'm fat myself too. But I didn't hate myself for that. It's me, and myself, who did that. That's why, the 'me' must cooperate with myself to do something. 1st. Low calorie/carb/fat diets don't work. 2nd. Don't take supplement pills. 3rd. Muscles help burn fat. 4th. To lose fat, you shouldn't decrease fat, BUT, burn fat. 5th. Muscles grow not while you're doing workouts, it grows when it's recovering after workouts. 6th. After reading this, why not leave your PC and start doing workouts? Do NOT over-train, as you could injure yourself. And change your workouts regularly. Do not let your body adapt to your workout.

See,im not gonna tell you ,don`t hate yourself...YOu know that,and I`m sure you work on it. If you really want to make a change,start now,dont wait for monday,start now.\it doesnt have to be a huge start,it is enough if you just start drinking more woter,put more vegetables on your plate,just do a small change every week.And keep that change. Ask for help.There are profesionals,who are trained to help with confidence and so on. You can make a change,you have power to do it, it is in you.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

Losing weight can be very difficult sometimes. If you find it too hard there is probably a good reason you can't. In any case don't hate yourself. Many people have the same problem and the solution is to start easy and make a step by step progress. Stress only leads to hold more fat so relax and you will see that it isn't so hard as it seems. In many cases the problem is not how much you eat but how you eat. For example don't eat much at night before sleep but eat good and lot when you wake up. Make lot of meals with the same amount of food instead of one big meal. Don't eat processed food and saturated oils instead eat lot of chicken, fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise will help you overcome most health problems. For some reason I believe you would prefer to establish healthy habits which will not take away the pleasure from a good meal which is possible if you know how.

I feel the same way about myself.I want to lose weight sooo bad,but can't make myself start or even stick with a eating plan.I feel very uncomfortable being over weight.It really depresses me.I'm always hungry and don't feel satisffied unless I eat food that is bad for weight loss.I'm out of breath,can't breathe,nothing fits me.It's terrible.I don't even have money to buy food that good for me.It's more then the fattening stuff.
