MannyInspiringFit I have a personal goals as well as fitness goals. I am at the gym everyday,but yes it is one of my goals.Not as much to lose weight,but to get in to a better shape. I am told that I`m quite fit, but still i think there is a room for improvments.

Has anyone tried this? If so is the science behind it solid? It sounds reasonable to me, but as a long time dieter I know that many times theories sound good and may even work but are not a long term solution.

MannyInspiringFit first of all,you have some great motivation there,use it. You have also a great goal,to lose weight and to make changes to your life style. That what it is all about. Eating is a huge part of it. No junk food, no sweet drinks,etc. Have a look on paleo diet....
