Generally we all are very excited at our first job. We are all prepared to face the real world and do all the work given to us. The first Job is a start of your career and it influences your future as well. I did my first job as acomputer operator but I got so frustrated at the job that I left it within 6 DAYS! How long has been you first Job?

my first job was 4 years when I was 16 it was an apprencticeship so that I become an electrician. then I contracted around the country earned loads of money but only worked on short term contracts of about 6 months. Till got sick of working for someone and set up my own internet business and have had that for over 10 years now.

I have never changed my job yet ever since I started to work. Sometimes I wish to engage in another job that is related to my current teaching job. But it is hard to for the first step. I wish I could some day do another job for a change.

My first "real" job was working in a stationery store for three years. After that, I was at a mortgage banking company for 17 years. After the bums laid me off, I found a job at a health insurance company and I'm still there.

I did my first job in a flower nursery. We used ot have a khari kamai week. So I had to do some soil mixing, filling in plastic milk bags that had to have a "v" shaped small cut at the bottom. Pour just enough water to make it moist, and then pick some saplings and gently plant them in. It was great because the person there was telling great stories while I worked. But a serious first job lasted almost 10 years!

My first job as an adult was working in a Business Library across the street from the World Trade Center. I worked there for two years when I quit to find a better job. My next job which I found within 3 months lasted 25 years. I was working for an engineering firm. I would probably be still there if it wasn't for 9/11.
