Congrads to Marty on his 104th shutout! Wow , what goalie! He Is the best! i must confess I am a caps fans so I Should hate the guy but I love him. He can stop anything And score. He is the reason goalies can't " roam" He is a defenseman who Happens to play in goal. I am so glad he is still playing and is bumping Roy off the radar.Congrads Marty! You deserve it!

It was just a matter of time! Great on Marty! I appreciate how tough a job is a goaltender, as they literally can win or lose the game depending on how they play. But this is a great accomplishment. I also like his demeanor. From interviews he seem to be a likeable guy. And I like how he takes pay cuts for the betterment of the team.

And how he cheated on his wife with his wife's brothers wife!! Class act he is!!! He's paying for it to the tune of 500,000 a year until his kids are grown. OUCH!! That's what a stupid mistake will do for you.

My son told me this morning when he was watching his espn..he knew I would want to know because he got it against the penguins.
He's the kind of guy you like to see do this well too. Roy is an ape, and i mean his knuckles drag the ground when he walks..he could be such a jerk.
I join you in my congrats to marty for getting 104 and he has my deepest appreciation for not getting it against our beloved wings..they don't need the added humiliation at the moment.

I don't care for the Devils but I think this is a great accomplishment for a goalie. Congrats. Marty!! Really didn't think he would get the shut out against the Pens. That was a surprise.
