Since Windows 7 is launched I have not even touch it or try it at all.
In fact I am still using Windows XP as I am rather skeptical of trying out new Windows Operating System platforms.
So, have any of you already tried Windows 7 and how is it? Do you think it is good to use?

I am like you, still using XP. I never tried Vista, and have not tried 7 either. I hope to get a netbook sometime soon, and I suppose it will have to come with either Windows Vista or Windows 7.

I tried it in a virtual computer. Download sun virtual box for windows and install it in your windows xp. Inside virtual box you can create a New windows 7 Virtual Machine, then start the virtual machine with Windows 7 CD and install it.
You can even network between your windows xp and windows 7 PC. You can access the datas from your Host PC through guest OS 7, provided network is working fine. sometime the name of pc may not get recognized, then try ipconfig from command prompt in Host pc and get the ip address , and run \\ipaddress in Guest OS windows 7.
And enjoy windows 7 without harming your existing systems.
Peace.

I'm using Windows 7 (64bit) right now and really like it. It's similar to Vista but more polished with less bugs/problems. It has some nice new features and the taskbar at the bottom is a bit different. You need a good PC to fully benefit from it though.

I think it is. windows 7 is a lot better than vista and a more eye candy OS than XP. 7 and xp have almost the same running speed and they both require less resources from the computer to operate. And 7 has gotten rid of the nasty vista security prompts without compromising security.

I am still using Vista. I have not switched over to Windows 7 yet because I just do not feel that I am ready for it.
