Is Paid to Youtube a scam?

Hi guys,
I stumbled upon a site called "paid to youtube."
They basically pay you to well... watch Youtube videos. I'm a little curious about the concept. In addition I'm doubting the legitimacy of the site.
Have anyone heard this site before?
Any good/bad experiences from the site? proof of payments maybe..

i just received payment from them this month. 
i don't trust it in the beginning too, but i just got paid. 
so i can say it is a trusted & paying site (at least for now).

I checked it out earlier and it has only five videos for viewing. None for commenting and subscribing.

it is still pending... haven't heard anybody that got paid.. but yes i am using this one... let's find out. =)

Well, I'm also interested with it but I have doubts on registering. I just hope that It isn't a scam.

They got payment proof from their user but that doesn't mean it's legit 100%..
I am halfway to min payout which is $10..so just wait and see what will happen..

According to my research it is a legit site. There are some that have been paid but complain that they have been paid not instantly. So, this might turn out to be a scam site soon but it still paying. There's no problem yet from this just the payments being late.

Their policy says that payout processing takes 30 days.

Dear, i'm new in paid2youtube website. A friend of mine gave me a link to register with this website. Now i'm a new member of this website. My friend told me that paid2youtube is a legit website where you can earn by viewing video. My friend have get paid from this website.

Paid2youtube is definitely a legit site. I got paid twice ($20.26 in total)
I got many refs to help me, i could cash out once every month =)
But one thing that might freak you out is that payment could take up to 30 business day. I actually wait 1 month to get my first payment, but the second one is faster, nearly half month. My third payment is coming out =)

haha... I just joined this site not long ago, so we'll have to see how it goes. But for me, they seem to be rather legitimate to me at the moment, so I'm using that site. :)
