I have problems with my weight and I'm very uncomfortable with my weight.I have back aches, out of breath all the time.I'm depressed about the way I look.I always feel hungry.I can't afford healthy foods.I know I need some fresh produce but can't afford it.I have no energy to work out. What can I do so I don't feel so hungry?

i would suggest cutting down in portions and drink a lot of water. i have done this and have lost about 10 lbs. i cannot work out due to bad knees. i would also suggest you visit your family doctor and see what he/she suggests.

Starting today I took your suggestion, the water seems to make me not feel so hungry.I think I need something to do to keep my mind off of food.I think at times I eat out of being bored.I'm out of work now,so all I do is sit home.Water seems to be a big help.

well besides looking for a job you may want to pick a hobby or some sort. visit your local library and see what interests you. that will keep you busy too!

Dear Java Believe me it does not be too expensive to live well with an ideal weight. In fact the rich people in developed countries are eating wrong types of 'rich' foods. Eating fiber foods like vegetable and fruits is not costly. Drinking clean and pure water can help you to keep your weight down. You should drink about 7 to 8 glasses of water per day or a gallon a day. when we talk of exercise, its not heavy aerobic exercise. Walking or cycling slowly at first will do the trick. That's my take for now. We can continue if you write to me. OK? Thanks! Bro. Joe. GBU.

Thanks for the info, since I posted this discussion, I did change some things in my life.I lost some weight where it makes a difference.I added lots of healthy foods, you're right it isn't costly.I noticed junk food can be costly,so it doesn't matter to me to buy produce. When it's hot out I drink lots of water,I just have to make myself do that in the winter time. It helps when I walk my dog alot and I even on a nice day walk far by myself.Springtime is almost here again where I live so I'm gonna go for long walks again. Thanks for your input apreciated!

I'm not sure about this one but apparently chewing gum helps, this is because each time you chew it sends a message to your brain telling you that you are more full. You could try growing some of your own vegetables if you've got a bit of land and make your own food with some foods you buy instead of buying it already made. This lets you know what you are eating and you know it's healthy for you.

I have the same problem with you. My weight is increase since I graduate my college life. I think the reason what we have this problem ,possiblely we are pressed for exercise. I don't know why do you so hungry. But I advice you control your repast slowly, that must be good for your health.

You can`t aford a healthy food???!!! sorry, but you do buy food, dont you. So just buy more veg, more fruit. It doesn`t have to be an organic. You can still make it healthy. Once you eat healthy, you`ll have more energy. I agree that it is cheaper to eat rubish, but for what cost. Now I`m going through some touch time,as everyone is this climate, but you can have a goodfood for £30 a week. Im sure you can afford that.It is your health you are talking about.

I've been buying some good foods now.I buy some frozen vegetables to have with dinner and some fresh fruit.I found some that are affordable and I also look for sales too.I think apples are pretty cheap.I think it depends which store I shop at.I found a cheaper grocery store that has great sales on produce,so that's where I go now.

Dear Java Remember the great leap of China started by Moa Se Tong. At that time, they tie their stomach tight to lessen their hunger, not to be come thin but to save the country's economy. But in your case, it is because of weight and health.Of course there are hunger depressant pills. Since you are strapped with cash, we would recommend you to take plenty of water of at least 1 gallon a day. It will help to suppress your hunger pangs. High carbohydrate fruits and vegetable like bananas, papayas, guavas, carrots, mushrooms and cauliflowers are ideal choices. This would keep you tummy full and stop your eagerness for food. I do hope that his advice is good for you. Because of space being lacking here, why don't you look into the articles written by me at my blog at www.josephsfng.wordpress.com. After which please reply this message with your ideas and feed backs. OK? Love: Bro. Joe. GBU

why don't you try water therapy... if you drink water, your stomach will feel full and therefore cannot accommodate more food than you used to... and try small frequent feeding as well... so that during you major meal, you will no longer eat a large serving... =)i hope this helps...
