yeah friends i wanna help from u people. i want to operate my system through run cmd . can u list me the commands . whts the easier way to learn handling comp through run cmds.

When you want to access those functions quickly.It is not easy to find them using the GUI.

I suggest you to install cygwin, and instead of using cmd, you can use cygwin. The advantage of using cygwin is you can use the "help" command if you are unclear on certain command. In addition, I think website has more help on linux command than windows' doc command.
