I looked up your profile first to see where you are. First, to answer your question, you can't transfer Paypal money to Western Union. I'm guessing though that the reason you're asking that is because you want to find ways for you to get your Paypal money in the Philippines. Your best bet is to go to Union Bank and apply for an EON Cyber Account. The process takes 10 days and you're gonna need to show valid ID's. The only other requirement is a P350 annual fee. There's no minimum deposit required and no maintaining balance required. But at the end of the day, once you have an EON Debit Card, you can then use it to verify and link your Paypal account. And once that's done, you can then easily transfer your Paypal money to your EON Card and use the same EON Card in UB's ATM or any other ATM's in your place to withdraw your money.

You are right, the best and easiest way to withdraw money from paypal is EON card from Union Bank. It will just take you one week from the day of application to get your card.

you are correct there is no maintaining balance needed but in order for you to transfer the money from paypal to your eon/unionbank account you need to deposit at least PhP200 to your bank account. Paypal will not allow you to transfer any money if you haven't got any deposit in your account. I tried it and it took me almost 3 weeks to finish all the drama between paypal and EON/unionbank. Now I transfer my money to my Unionbank account and it has been two weeks that I haven't received the money. Been calling unionbank severla times, emailed paypal. Both of them cannot give me any answer. All they ask me to do is to wait. This is so B***S***! You guys, if you have other option I would suggest you not using paypal. Has lots of things to do and A LOT OF WAITING TIME.

it's not possible because they are separate entities and they are not connected to each other, if you want to withdraw the money from paypal account you may either a debit card, credit card or even a prepaid, you can use BPI credit card or even their ecash card, it's a type of debit card, or if you have checking or savings account you can also add that too, confirming your cc/dc/prepaid card may take up to 2-4 business days because paypal will charge $1.95 first to confirm it, then there is 4 digit number code that you need to get from your bank and then once you have it log-in to your paypal account and confirm the cc/dc or prepaid card, the $1.95 will automatically refunded to you paypal account, if you have friends or relatives who has a debit card then you can ask permission to use it to your paypal account,

I see you got some good advice about how to retrieve money from PayPal in your location. To add to that, once you have a bank account and you link your PayPal account to your bank account, you can move money either way. If you want to buy something online using PayPal but you do not have enough money in your PayPal account, you can fix it so the funds come from your bank account. If you have money in your PayPal account and you want to transfer it to your bank account, it is quick and easy.
