Do ghosts really exist?

Do ghosts really exist.We have come across many people claiming of seeing a ghost,encountering a ghost.There are showes airing in Television and even internet also on the same.But do ghosts really exist? or is it a part of their imagination or hallucinations?Or is this a step taken by people to gain attention?

Energy exists so why wouldn't ghosts? Ghosts are just a form of energy. That is basic and there is alot more to it than that. Yes, ghosts exist. No gaining of attention or hallucinations. I have had them touch me and I felt them so I know they exist. Oh, I think there are alot of hoaxes going on and that hurts the genuine happenings.

I was watching a nice Video on YouTube in which a teacher asks student if ghost do exist. And elaborates saying that if God Exists then Ghost must exist. The student replied that sir does darkness exist. Teacher says yes, but student says that darkness in nothing but absence of light. Then student explains that Ghost are nothing but humans in absence of God. But Ghost doest exist in reality.

I believe ghosts really exist although I'm not really into those Ghosthunting programs on tv, most are fixed I think.
I doubt very much that people would relate personal expreiences to gain attention, I mean, would You tell Your friends and neighbours, (and psychiatrist) that You'd been abducted by aliens for a bit of attention?
