I will go back to my exercise rountine that I had before the holidays and even more than than that. My neighbor has me watching their dog during the day and one a day we go for a walk. They have not needed me for a while, but when they do I will go back..And then in a few days we are getting 2 new members in the family. 2 puppies that I am sure will love to walk too, but that will be an extra walk until I can train them to behave..lol

I have already started! I normally exercise on a regular basis but sadly I took a break from it and then I noticed the pounds starting to pile on. So, I decided to go for a cycle ride this morning and I feel so much better! I think it's true that exercise makes you feel so good inside and does wonders for your mind. It's my intention now to keep with it and persevere and hopefully lose some pounds around the waist! My legs are really aching as a result of this morning's ride! Andrew

Sure, we all will and then by March we'll be sick of it and drop it all together. I am starting one with my son because he's put on a little weight. So have I so it will be fun to work out with him, he likes to be active anyway and we live where the weather is nice and mild during the winter. No more excuses.

My son had the new wii game for christmas and we have been on that.It is really surprising especially on the cycling game ten minutes I was on there and did not even realise mind you my legs felt it.I do have an exercise bike which we will be using regular,christmas is a terrible time for putting on weight.All the food looks so good and even though we say we won't ,we over indulged again.

i'm treating myself to a nintendo wii and wii fit,i've used my friends one and it's great fun,this way i can have a good time and HOPEFULLY lose some weight

I'm on my exercise routine until now. Thats three times a week. Thats the good thing for me. Now here's comes the bad. I really want to get rid of a bad routine, that is smoking. I'm planning to quit smoking (for the third time now) by beginning January 1st. I hope it would last forever this time. The last time would end-up for three to four months only.

Hi. It's part of my plan for year 2010. Maybe I'm going to wake up early like 5a.m and jog for half an hour. After that I can prepared myself to go t work. It look a bit tiring but I think if you get used to it, it will be nothing. However I will allocate a day or two in a week for me to rest. Hope this plan will work for me. :
