Would you rather Exercise or Sit in front of the Computer?

I often complain about my love handles and extra few pounds but I'm not doing anything to shed off my weight insecurities. I plan to walk with my sister-inlaw in the morning for a month now and still haven't materialize. I watch the food I take/eat but still it wasn't enough. I admit I'm too lazy and less motivated when it comes to Exercise. I would rather sit in front of my computer and write here in myLot, click my PTC sites and socialize and listen to music. How about you? Would you rather exercise or sit in front of your computer?

I would muich rather be exercising to lose some weight right now but there never seems to be enough time for it. I have to make the time though. I do enjoy working online also but I really do want to exercise too.

hahaha I hear you! Same here! I basically love being at home and facing my computer rather than doing some exercises. The thing is, I kept on complaining about my weight and have always wanted to shed off some excess fat but doing nothing about it. There is no one to blame but my lazy and chubby self! hahaha! But I made a promise to myself and my sister that I will....I will lose that extra pounds this coming year which means, less time "online" more time "gym"..hahaha! Oh boy! I wish I can do that! Happy Lotting!

I love doing both and I try not to devote too much time to one or the other! I think it's good to have a healthy balance. I too am starting to put some pounds on around the waist and I'm a bit put off by it. I'm an enthusiastic cyclist though and so I'm going to try and do a lot of cycling in this new year. I've heard that it's going to be a nice day tomorrow although very cold so I'm going cycling tomorrow. I don't mind if it's cold just as long as it is dry. I love My Lot as well and so I spent a fair amount of time each day logged in! I cannot live without My Lot and I cannot live without my regular exercise! Happy New Year to you! Andrew

Hi Andrew Freyne: I agree with you even if I find it too hard to find this healthy balance and i say this because I don't do exercise regullary and I don't do any sport. The only thing that is positive on me in this point is that i am a very active person. I think that if you are a very organize person you can have both mylot and your exercises. I can live without exercises but I'll do them if they are necessary for my health. Thanks for your answer. Hope you are having a nice day. Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays. Take Care. -Alvaro.

Hi maria: I complain about well, most of the complains come from my family but at the same time i love to eat. Eating is a great pleasure I wouldn't be able to let it go, simple as that so I think I have to do more exercising and don't think too much about what I eat or it wil be everything a big mess for me. Thanks for asking me this question. Hope you are having a nice day. Merry Christmas/ happy Holidays and Happy New Year. Take Care. -Alvaro.

I would rather sit in front of the computer. I don't worry about my weight. I have love handles too but I'd rather be on here and be making money instead of worrying about hurrying up and getting off here so I can exercise.

I like to exercise somewhat but not all the time. I'm getting to old to do it any more. As for the computer I like to check E-mail in the morning when I get up that's the first thing. In the evening I recheck my E-mail do a little facebook and do a little farmville.

A few days ago I would have said that I would rather sit in front of the computer than exercise but lately I been thinking about things and I want to change several of those things. Yesterday I decided was the day. I was sitting in front of the computer at home playing a game of Bejeweled 2 and said to myself "What are you doing? You need to get up and do something." I then went to my bedroom and got my dvd's out of the closet, popped one into the playstation and decided to work out for a little bit before going to bed. I found out just how out of shape I was, because I got tired pretty quickly. I didn't even finish the whole 30 minute work out but I did some of it. Later on while lying in the bed I got up and folded laundry and hung up my clothes. I really hate putting laundry away but in some round a bout way, working out helped me get myself motivated to start doing some things I don't like to do. Hopefully I can keep going because I really do want to change things. Besides, while at work I have more than enough time on the computer so why waste my whole life away?

I have my fixed routines which include some activity that is good for me and sitting in front of the pc is a relaxation but I will not miss my routine just to be in front of this machine.

I would actually do both... you know both are important things in my life so I make it sure that I spend time to do them... if possible at the same time.. hehehe... maybe someone can suggest other exercises to me...
