Kids Need to be tough inside

I am sure all the parents out there concern about the children health the most! With a strong and healthy body, only they can have a happy life they continue to learn to explore. They are many ways to keep the kids healthy! In order to ensure they are protected, it is important to know the ways to boost their immune system. Here are the few things that help to boost my kids' immune system. Children need more sleep than adults. I strongly make sure they get at least eight to ten hours sleep each night; 2 hours nap in day time. Lack of sleep helps to break down the immune system. Making sure my children get plenty of exercise is one of my daily routine; this is to help to boost their immune system. I love to bring them outside to play at the designated play ground or at least play at home ( if happen it is a rainy day) Toxins build up and can weaken immunity when there's not enough water in the diet. So I always making sure both my kids take enough amount of water everyday. Please share here what you parents do to ensure the kids are healthy all time!

I think kids need good nutrition more than ever these days with all of the fast food crazes out there that are readily available to them. We have to make sure to at least make sure they eat right when they are at home.

Hello there, Good nutrition is important for kids! It is very important to keep healthy food for kids, fruits, vegetables and balanced food. Drinks lot of water is important too! Now kids get to convinience with junk food, fast food, parents itself too depend a lot on the fast food.

Where is my tow hour nap time?I don't get one of those. LOL... I get lack of sleep all the time and so does my mom. She really does, I think she needs to slow her self down a little bit and get more sleep. I don't have kids and why im talking about my mom and me.

Hi there, sleeping is very important not only for kids but for adults too. Try to rest and sleep enough everyday. You will find yourself look better after a good rest or sleep. Please advise your mom to get enough of sleep too. For elderly they need to sleep enough so they can carry on their daily life routine.

when my son was little I made sure he got his fruits and veggies every day and learned to like a wide variety of colors in them too so as to get maximum benefit from them. Also saw to it he had plenty of protein to help him grow strong and healthy.I knew that good nutritional habits start in childhood and go with us into adulthood. Also I taught him how to cook and to do ordinary house work as boys grow up into men and will not always have a mom or a wife to wait on them. all people should learn to cook and to keep a clean house.

Hi Hatley, Thanks for your response. Yes, fruits and vege are something that is very good for our health. Anyhow not all kids like to eat fruits and vege. you are a good parent, your son is so lucky to have you! It is true, we need to build the habit of eating healthy since childhood.

It sounds like you are doing a wonderful job with your kids! SLeep is so important and if they exercise that will certainly help them sleep longer. Love and demonstrable affection help keep the immune system strong, too. It gives them the protection of what I call vitamin J (J is for JOY!).
