Hell yeah! Although my diet isn't exactly the perfect one (by a long shot), I still make sure to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. My favourite fruit by far is a nice, juicy orange, second by bananas because they are so easy and clean to eat.

There was a time when all I ate was fruits, veggies and white meat. My triglycerides were unusually high so I was advised that, along with medications, I also needed to watch what I eat and stick to a certain diet. For a while, at least until a few months after my triglycerides normalized, I was able to follow my doctor's advise. But then, I eventually gave in to the sumptuous temptations parading in front of me everyday. LOL!

I'm a vegetarian and I have the worst eating habits of everyone I know. I plan on changing that this year! Fingers crossed. That's awesome that you try to eat from both groups every day, keep up the good work!

Hey Miss Java09, Yes I make sure I get my daily nutrients from organic green foods. This is easier said than done until i found 2 products that are "whole green food supplements".These consists of individual green foods that contain many vitamins and minerals that are necessary for optimal health. I know this sounds a bit expensive but i recently found an awesome company that you can network with and your commissions can easily cover the monthly order of these 2 products. Thus they become free.To learn about and access these 2 amazing products.Copy and paste the following link (i.e. http://www.squidoo.com/Best-Health-Supplements) in your web browser http://www.squidoo.com/Best-Health-Supplements Yours in Health and Wealth, Jonathan Khan.

I do love veggies and fruit but I find that I don't regularly eat them just because I lift weights and most of my food focuses around macro nutrients: carbohydrates, protein, and fat. I'm only 18 so when I do get older(a couple years) I will probably switch to a more vegetarian diet.
