One person tells three, each of those tells three more, and traffic skyrockets in days. One tool you can use is links. Place a link to the site everywhere you possibly can. Before you push hard to drive up traffic, look at the agreement with whoever is providing the site. Often there is a limit to the traffic. If it exceeds a specified level, either your site will be shut down for the rest of the month or you will have to pay a fee for the increased traffic.
