bread? This bread is great! I put some of it in the freezer after I cut it up and I use one fourth at a time for different things. Like toasted it came be used as a big cracker for soup. Or I can put jam on, or I can use it for dips. I was just looking at the big, round flat slices, I could put pizza topping on and use them for small personal pan pizzas. So if you had nine round flat breads what would or have you used them for?

I guess you don't mean like pita bread - I've had some great flat bread at the Persian place I like so much - yeah I can see using it for pizza or even fold it in half and made a sandwich ...

There is a restaurant that serves them warm and buttery with fancy salads. I would make pizza, or a stuffed rolled sandwich. There is another pseudomexican place that will put burrito type fillings in them. Bread is good, especially in the winter when we feel so cold and alone.

Oh Garden Gerty, if you were feeling alone and I lived close by, I'd go over and give you a hug. You're never alone, just a stone throw away from me on your computer. This was such a surprise this bread at a country store on the way to Saranac Lake NY in a small place called Bloomingdales. It even has grill marks on it! 9 flat breads for $5.00
