I did. So I was pleasantly surprised when my last month's tea expenses were down by almost quarter of a dollar till I noticed that grams were down as well. Have you been fooled like this before, or am I the only one.

Makcik..if only this is true for coffee... LOL. I love the brand Nescafe.. here in Sg, it's a pretty nice brand to drink.. or Owl brand too, that's not bad. I've never seen a dip in price in coffee though..

Hi anak saudara, I too love coffee. So somewhere we are truly related. :) My poison is much stronger than Nescafe though. :) But never mind. When and ever you come down to India, I will remember you like Nescafe and serve you that. :) Hope we will meet someday. :) Since I like coffee, I too would love to see coffee prices come down. :)

I thought you were talking about the advert that kind of spam me every day on TV. A lady goes gaga over the price hike and keeps repeating the the old and the new prices of essential commodities until she hands a packet of tea where she finds out that the new price is actually less than the old one! I just wish you were not dreaming dear for recently, I haven't come across anything the price of which has come down. But I wish it had. Have a great day!

Yeah, exactly. I was talking about Brooke Bond Natura. LOL. They advertized that prices have come down from 75 to 70 and I was kind of ecstatic till I felt that the size of the packaging seemed much too small, and was I angry at being made fool of.

Indeed, price only goes up, not down!

No Vandana, I am surprised to see your discussion. Today the sugar price was Rs.40/-in the morning and in the evening it is Rs. 42/- He already told that tomorrow it will be 44/-. Wheat flour, phenyle, everything increased. Day by day the prices of all the commodities are sky rocketing and no one is bothered about it. Some times I feel why should we vote for people?

What can we do? Unless we force the government to come up with a solution to population problem, we will always have this problem. :( We know the problem. We are not hitting the bulls eye. That is all. :(

Hi vandana7, I wish... but no! In fact, the price of tea has been creeping up over here. This is a lousy place where prices only go up and not down.
