Hi! I was just wondering if there is a way for me to have two paypal..."accounts" in my one account lol. What I'm wondering is if I can have one where my personal money is kept, and then have one where I can keep money I get for my charities? Thanks!!

I have two paypal accounts. They are each associated with a different bank account and have different email addresses for them. I think that is the only way you can have two!

Yes you have to confirm them with different accounts. I have tried and I only have one so it didn't work.

I am not really sure about that. Paypal lets you have multiple accounts, but both has to be different kinds, like personal and premier, premier and business, or even personal and business. However, as far as I know, no, it isn't possible to have two paypal "accounts" in your one account. I have been looking for a feature like that as well, but sadly, the only wait I can do it is to create a new premier account, which is something that I am not looking for.

I believe that you can set up a personal account and then a "business" account and keep the balances separate.

That has always been the policy since the 90s as I understood it. But i do believe any more than that violates the Paypal Ebay charter of a few years back.

I am not really sure about that. I think you can have more than one Paypal account if you have two different bank accounts to use. I know they will not let us use the same one twice.

You could if you have a separate name and info and a separate credit card to verify your account. Like if you used you husbands info, but you will have to use another family member or friends address. For security measures they don't allow you to have two technically. So if you really need two then you have to work around it like this.

If it takes that much I don't NEED two. I can just keep track of what's mine and what's for my charity hehe. It's not that big a deal, I just thought it would be easier! :P Thanks

I'm not sure if you can or not. That woud be pretty cool if you could, actually maybe you can. Who knows. Charities are nice and i appreciate you thinking of that. I would have never thought of that at all.

Thank you :D Lots of people above saying it's a no go for me! lol. I don't have multiple credit cards to make multiple accounts (i only have one debit card) so I think I'm gonna be stuck with my one account. But it's no biggie! I'll just have to keep track of which money is mine and which is earn for charity! Won't be that hard! :P

Sure. Just open another paypal account, that's all there is to it. However, you can not join two accounts to one e-mail address, or one bank account. I have a bank account in Canada, and I have one in the USA. I also have two different e-mail addresses that I use for two different things. The Canadian paypal is attached to one e-mail address and one bank account, and the American paypal account is attached to another e-mail address, and another bank account. I do this so I can send money to and from the different countries.

I'm guessing you would need two separate accounts but the best thing to do is contact Paypal directly...they will give you a factual reply.

good day to you, that's actually a good idea but paypal doesn't have a service like that yet because all your money that you will receive is in the paypal balance and there's no way to divide your personal money and your charity money

yeah you can! If you have 100 credit cards, you can create 100 paypal accounts with no problem. I have three, each in that three I use two emails address, which means I have six paypal addresses in total. hope this helps
