Rack of Lamb

This is one of my favorite dishes to entertain with. When in school, I was taught several different methods and have adapted my own personal favorite. This Saturday night I am having guests for dinner and am trying to decide on Rosemary or Mint. I personally like Rosemary better, but know how many like that mint flavor with lamb. If you were given the option, would you rather be served the rosemary/thyme,garlic,EVOO marinade or go with the Mint Pesto topped rack? just want to make everyone happy,, I guess I could always do both, but thats twice the work...

mmmmm Lamb! My favourite!
I prefer it with mint so I hope that is not going to make toomuch work for you as I see others prefer rosemary. I don't mind that with other things but lamb just calls for mint

I haven't been here for many months but the lamb sounded so delicious.

I have never had rack of lamb. I personally like to cook with rosemary, thyme, and garlic. I would probably like to try rack of lamb with these spices.
There is a member who is nicknamed "Lamb". Something incredible happened to him lately. When I read the title, I thought this discussion might be about him and the funny things he gets himself into.
Maybe we could barbeque Lamb. *lights a fire* hehehehe
