Hello dear friends,mylotters,mere bhai/s,sister/s,
If you were confined, let's say,not a serious ailment, what would you chose?
Private ward -alone with all the comfort and much peace? (of course with your loved ones and visitors for private talking)
Free ward -with other patients, not to make you feel bored, and had time to talk with other people, even in the absence of your assistance(loved one).
What would you choose dear friends?
Share your experience and comments.
Have a good weekdays ahead everyone

Me Bonita? If i would just have lots of money I would always be in a private/deluxe/suite room. Yeah. But honestly I would prefer no money than lots of money but always at the hospital...how about you?Would you like to lie down with treasure while staying at the hospital for different illnesses? Tell me honestly...

hello dear Martin,
Oh...who wants to stay in hospital bed???
I even hate the smell(ugh!!!)
My sister's always been at the hospital due to her heart failure.
So,we always tease her "maybe we need to buy one unit/private room from the hospital,so,everytime you were rushed...there's your room waiting for you "...not so funny joke...but,it looks like that.
Almost every month, she's being confined(it's so sad)
And you are right my dear amigo..it's better not to have much money, than had so many money just to be spent at the hospital.
Have a good day always amigo

hello jaiho...
if i have enough money, then i guess i will choose to be in a private room...so that i can take full rest and i think there's better privilege being on private than on free ward...
but if i don't have much money, then no problem i can also be in free ward, but still depends on the hospital i am with....there are some hospitals that have bad wards, that i think i will be more sick if i stay long there...hehe

hmmm, i think they would want to have better facilities in the government hospitals...just that maybe the budget is not properly allocated? hehe
but i believe there are some public hospitals that do have good facilities...i saw som on tv...but those were not those big government hospitals...
i think government should also give attention to this as well as on education...
its just sad to think that here , some people really die when they don't have money to pay the hospital...coz even if they admit it or not, some hospitals really go for profit and not for the people's welfare...sad but true...

hello dear amiga,
I really wonder why our government is not paying too much attention for giving the citizens a good medical health programs, clean hospital facilities.
There were cities here in metro that, building their own hospitals...trying to give their localities good hospital services, clean and new hospital buildings.
Yah dear amiga,if we stayed long in a dirty hospital...the worst we will get infection or even worsten our condition.
Have a good day always dear

Hi jaiho2009. I would choose the more private ward. I want to have privacy and I would still want to receive visitors from my family members. I like company but I would like to be secluded and be held in a private ward. I would rather have the peace and quiet that comes along with this setting.

if this will happen to me, i just hope not, i will choose to be confined in a private ward, if only i have enough money to pay for the bills. it is not actually the money that is important but the health problem that should be attended properly.

hello neil,
This is so sad sometimes.
Why can't our government give us the best hospital facilities.
The citizens must be provided with good health program.
It is us/the citizens who's making our country a better place to live in,and yet, here we are suffering from poor health benefits.
Some people die for lack of financial support when it comes to hospitalization.
This is really sad.
Let's cast our votes for whom we think can give us the best program, particularly with health and jobs/work.(i am not running for presidency hahahaa)

Hmmm, interesting question. I'm leaning towards the free ward. But I know inevitably I would make friends with the weird person who would then never shut up. Ha ha. It always happens to me I swear. Maybe the private ward and a laptop with the net. Then I would be completely fine with being alone all day. =P

There is a difference between what I would prefer and what I would ultimately choose. My preference would be a private ward due to the benefits such as choice of television programme and a more peaceful atmosphere. In reality I would be satisfied with a public ward for financial reasons. The cost of a private ward would be high, so considering that I would not be working and earning an income at the time then it would be an unnecessary demand on my savings.

jaiho2009 for a heck of a lot of us poorer people with hmos we do
not get that luxury to chose, your insurance will only pay for you to be in at least a double room with another patient, no private rooms and luxurious accomodations for senior citizens on hmos at all. so yes
I well be content with company.Just not too much company. So if we
wish to get medical care we must accept a twin room with another
person. I do not mind it really ,as I have always been much too ill
to care about that part of it anyway.besides its really lonely in a private room they tell me.

hello Hatley,
Yes,that's too bad dear, the government is giving some discounts to senior citizen, and yet not giving them the medical/hospitalization comfort, which i think should be the priority for seniors...???,,hmnnn!
Well, confined with 2 or 3 occupants(in a room)will be fine not to be left alone.
It is also better to have someone to talk with than staying in a private ward.
Sometimes our loved ones need to go out,and being left alone in a private ward would be so boring then.
Thanks for your response and have a good weekend dear

if I was a patient at the hospital, I prefer to be placed in the general ward but certainly not the general ward very common .. (my mean, at least in 2nd class, rather than in class 3 by number of patients very much).
private ward was very nice but dullish because I just simply will be accompanied by family or my relatives. If my family could not accompany me, imagine, I was alone in the hospital ward .... ihhhh, it was really scary

hello advokatku,
You had good points my friend.
Being with some patients,2 or 3 is fine...so,even if your family will leave for sometime, you still had people around you.
In some hospitals...especially old ones,it sounds/feels scary being alone in a private ward.
The thought that you inside a hospital...what a scary thought.
So,confined in a room with 2 other patient is fine, compared to other wards with more than 10 patients.
Thanks for your response and have a good day always

If I only have to stay for a short time, I would choose the ward and bring my laptop to entertain myself with where I can watch movie on or write stories. It's confusing me too, because the private ward is better in that you can sleep well in it because there is no noise coming from other patients, and there's the air con and the tv. If I had a lot of money then private room it would be.
