V-8 juice is one of my favorite drinks. I try not to drink it too often because of the salt content, and finances. (i'ts expensive)I can get the low salt as it is healthier, but still so processed. Is it worth it? SOmetimes I have trouble getting all my veggies in do you think v-8 is worth it? Is it really good for you?

I think so. I think if you were worried about how processed they are, you could easily get a different more organic brand like Bolthouse or Naked - which I believe are organic and not as processed (although have a higher price tag, of course). I think V8's are good for you. A lot of the 'vegetables' we eat, in dishes and in cans, are processed anyhow. It's better to eat some that are processed than not eat any at all, right?
