Do you ever wake up and feel a tear on your face? Or wake up and you want smile more and more, just because in dream you smile too? How much dreams can make you think that is a "real" dream, and in your sleep you are sure that is real? Happened this in your life? to have such a real dream , cry or smile, and you are sure that is real? Can dreams hurt us? feel pain, or happiness as real.....even you are sleeping?

My husband says that I talk in my sleep. But that wasn't he question at hand. Yes, I have awoken with the sense that the dream was real. One time I had a dream about my husband cheating on me and I was mad at him the next morning. Just couldn't shake the thought of him with another woman!! But I know in my heart that he will never cheat on me! During good dreams, I hate the thought of waking! And it can alter the way I feel when I wake up! Happy Mylotting!!

I have very vivid dreams, and I try not to let them mess with me when I get up in the mornings, but sometimes I just can't help it either. I had a dream my fiance left me alone in Knoxville, we don't know anybody here, and just moved from Florida. In the dream, he told me he didn't want to be with me anymore, and that he was leaving me.

Even if we're sleeping, what we see in dreams is that is inside our heads, so our feelings can be affected too. I have woke up crying, or smiling, or feeling scared too. That's the power of dreams!

I think dreams are made up of whatever is already inside our head. When we are dreaming, it is the product of our mind piecing together things in its strange ways...

When i was much younger, I used to talk in my sleep. If i am dreaming about a fight I kick, punch and pinch. I don't even know i do it, but my mom tell me about it all the time as she is the one that had to wake me up. I don't know if a dream can be real.

I know my dreams seem to effect me how i feel next day. Dont really know if im just dreaming of the pain or if im really feeling it at the time of the dream though. Ive had night terrors from a terrible accident for many years. They have become less frequent except when im really stressed. Durning the dreams it feels like pain and i feel scared when i wake. Dreams are strange just would be nice to be able to control what we dream about every night.

I think our dreams relate directly to our lives. If you have feelings for someone, then you might dream about marrying them or being with them. If there's someone who you hate, then you might dream about hurting or possibly killing them. The thing is, whenever you dream, there's never a time where you just see random people who you don't even know. It's always linked to the people around you. Well, at least in my case.

Dreams are a continuation of our mind and memories when we sleep, but i don't think that the dreams can hurt us,only to remember us what we or somebody did.

Hi martian, Occasionally I will have nightmares but I don't think I ever woke up with a smile or tear. Well maybe smiles did happen though rarely but tears... thankfully no. My dreams always feel real to me when I am in them...

We all have dreams some of which are pleasant, some unpleasant and some which we forget completely when we wake up because they are inconsequential and utterly forgettable. I have had many experiences of all kinds. When i was small i used to get a particular dream over and over again in which i used to feel as though i was being suffocated, not able to breathe and having terrible nausea. I used to wake up sweating profusely with a nauseating feeling and barely able to breathe. This went on for many years but stopped when i became a youth. I also had some horrid dreams in which i was being clawed by some unimaginable creature and would wake up feeling pain at the spot where i was being clawed.I also had a few pleasant where i would wake up smilng or singing or with a smile or laugh on my face.Dreams are really reflections of our daily lives which take fantastic forms but sometimes they are true experiences which sometimes affect our future life or give us a warning of things to come.

Hey icesmile! Dreams are alot more complicated than you could even imagine! I am reading a book about dreams right now that was written by a world reknowned Psychic, Sylvia Browne. In it she explains alot of very serious things about dreams and why we have them and what they really can mean! You would be so surprised at some of the things that she says! Dreams are sometimes much more than people thing they are and in many cases have serious meanings. I have learned alot from reading her book and I am not even finished yet!

Yes, I guess they can. I have had a few times where i have woke up crying or laughing. There is also times where I have woke up not realizing that I was dreaming. As in the aspect of harm I think that depends on the person and the dream because I know there has been times when I have been elbowed or I have kicked but as for scratching or harming myself I have yet to do that although I am sure it is very possible.

dear ice, i dont know if dreams say something that will happen in the future. but i guess it is formed in the mind because sometimes you think about it. there are testimonies that dreams do come true but that is a needle in a haystack. about the question do you cry or smile while asleep and dreaming? how do i know, am sleeping. kidding aside, my granddaughter told me she has seen me smile while asleep. but i am not sure if i was dreaming then. cheers and have a nice day. ann

Dreams reflects your day because what happens on your dreams would be happening soon with your life. Though there are fantasy who exist in dreams that would be impossible to happen. I dreamed of many things at night and sometimes it lead me to my nightmare. Dreams can hurt us and make us feel pain and be happy too but sometimes we believe it that we fail to realize that we made our own dreams since that's what we are thinking when sleeping.

dreams are not aware of circumstances where we also can be carried in a dream. I really almost lost my life in my dreams, that is when I sleep like a suffocating me, so my breathing shortness and reading scripture the Quran so that despite the overwhelming dangers of the dream can be quit.

While it is not known for sure if we can actually feel pain in dreams, it has been proven our sub-concious has a unique way of inturpiting dreams. Though if you feel pain, its usually a result of you trashing about in your sleep. Though I can't say I rememberams that vivid that my emotions reacted accordingly.
