everyone in this world of course have problem.and because it,everyone felt stress about this live.have you ever felt stress???what the usual thing that you do to fix it??

When I'm stressed out I try to get up and exercise by lifting weights or doing cardio. To me, both are excellent to help manage that stress or even get rid of it. I think the idea or though of doing something productive helps you to manage stress levels. Also, I lay on my bed and play smooth relaxing music to help me deal with stress as well. I prefer to listen to Jazz most of the time when I am stressed. Music and exercise are the key to dealing with stress.
