How can I attain flat abs?

What can you suggest me to do? I always wanna have those flat and sexy abs. I've tried the hiphop abs but it didn't work for me maybe I don't do it regularly... LOL :) I can't stand sit ups and it hurts..

A balanced exercise program focusing on everything, not just the abs, normally flattens the abs that much better. Most of what contributes to a "chubby" midsection is just too much bodyfat in the middle. the muscles are already there, you just have to torch it away. crunches and situps don't burn nearly the amount of calories you need to do so. After going through a basic walking and jogging program - take up Sprint Intervals with a 20 second work and 10 second rest for 8 rounds. Also a basic exercise program encompassing 1 pushing, 1 pulling, and 1 leg exercise using free weights (dumbbells, barbells, or bodyweight) will go much better for your health and body int he long run.

Determination my friend, that's what you need if you really want to achieve something. Those exercises would work if you do them regularly.
