I was so excited this morning I checked my paypal account and it was $10.95 richer! I honestly didnt think i was gonna reach pay out. Didnt really think anything i would be writing about anyone would be interested in. I guess i was wrong. Its so exciting to reach your first payout from any site! Just had to share my excitement with my fellow mylotters and if you thinking about trying eHow just wanted to let you know it worked for me. Even though its not a ton of money hey it all adds up! Im not cashing out my paypal balance i will let it sit till i have decent amount. Do you save your paypal balance or do you cash it in right away? Have you been paid by eHow? Love to here others experiences :)

Congratulations on reaching payout with eHow! I am a contributor on eHow, but I am fairly new. I hope that I will one day soon reach payout. I can always use a little extra money and you are exactly right about it adding up. Every little bit helps...especially the way the economy has been and the fact that I have had my hours cut from full-time to part-time. I wish you all the best in reaching payout again soon.

Thanks for the encouragement hope you can reach your payout too on ehow. I have troubles thinking us original ideas for ehow. I can see how the potiental for this site could really help someone supplement an income just i think its going to take alot of ehow articles. Guess it takes writing skills and creativity too LOL Good luck!

ehow at first looked promising till i realized that they're confined only to contributors in your part of the world .

yes, ehow pays money for contributing writers but i forgot the terms when payment is made. sometimes it has to do with ranking (for some sites). sometimes mere publication of it is money already but am not sure since i lost interest in it. i don't know where it is confined to but we, in the philippines, cannot make any money from it.

Awwww thats terrible how some parts of the world are so limited on what sites they seem to be able to use to make online income. I think it should be open to everyone after all we all use the internet world wide. Thats ashame because it is really a decent trustworthy site to make alittle online income.

I am just learning how to use these. I guess I'll spend some time in FAQ first that will help me learn how they work.

The FAQ in eHow is very helpful. One thing I know helps is be very detailed in your title then it seems to get more attention. Also if you have your own blog add a link to it to get increase in traffic to your blog....helps with both earnings. Also if you use digg or stumble upon then helps to rate your article to bring traffic to it too. Just some tips ive found work for me.

Hi good2go, Congratulattions ! It is really nice hear that they pay.How long have you been on ehow ? I became a member a year ago and since nothing happened even after submitting a couple of articles I gave up, may be , was impatient at that time since I was new to the whole concept of article writing. Now I know that one needs to be patient and wait for sometime before you start earning...I think I will go back and see how my account is faring at ehow, thanks a lot for reminding me....all the best and happy mylotting

I too didnt have much earnings at first either. I have about 15 articles now and been doing it about 4 months. In the beginning i too became frusturated with low earnings and was going to give up so most the earnings came from recently posted how to articles.

that is great that you have reached pay out. i have never used ehow before. does not it cost money in order to use ehow? how does it work? if anyone knows how it works can you please explain to me how it works. i would like to know more about it. it sounds like it works pretty well for you. i am hoping that it will work out well for me as well. i am sure it will. i am fairly new to earning money online so if anyone knows of any good sites that you can suggest to me. can you please write me back and let me know. thank you for all of your help. best of luck with earning.

The website is free to write how to articles on. Fairly easy to learn how to get the format of the article down and to post. I have about 15 articles on there so far. I have talked to people at do make over 100 a month earnings every month from lots of articles but that takes time to build up to that amount.

that's what they call honesty. unlike those peddling all kinds of money-online schemes, the promise is thousands of dollars, even millions. i think, i will try eHow... it's in my list of probables...

Yes there are lots of sites that make big promises with very little in return i agree. I look on mylots to find what works for others so i can be less at risk for those sites that send out empty promises of paying their members. I like to post when something works for me so others can try it too.

i really wanted to post on the many sites i've visited, but i simply doesn't have enough time... so, i just have mylot and maintain my non-revenue site at http://pinoygnews.multiply.com/ ... perhaps, after the rush, i could try some writing sites...

I haven't written for them but will try it. I just let my paypal account alone unless I find something special I want for myself of someone else.
