Almost everyone of us are will be finishing our studies in near future. Some of us might already finished his or education. Now I am talking about the situation before us after we complete our education. Does the education which we have guarantees the job? Well this is the question to be asked. Almost 20 years of study are we in a position to get a job for us. Whom will you blame? The education system? The tough competition? Or yourself? Well this is very tough to say who is the real culprit behind this. But one thing is for sure, this has resulted an unbalanced situations between two literate persons.

does education guarantee a job? well... YES, since education allows you to enhance your skills and develop interpersonal relations. IT IS A GUARANTEE. on the other hand, lasting in a job is another matter, it requires ATTITUDE. if you have a good education but does not have the RIGHT attitude still finding job or keeping job could be hard. so a balance between education and attitude is also required. as long as you are good in and has a skills for the job, you can create an opportunity. even in attaining education, if your purpose of having an education is the thought that after graduation you can have right a way a job, even if you know deep within your intellect and in your heart that you did not study what you are supposed to study, then FORGET IT! because education is the process of learning, learning to develop skill, learning to widen you understanding about concepts and principles that can be used in the future, learning to harness talents and attitude - how you relate with others and how you look at job/work - that is the essence of education. Now, in whose to blame, if after graduation one has difficulty in finding work? it's the person who study. no one else. not the school. not the educational system. it's the ATTITUDE OF THE ONE WHO GOES TO SCHOOL. I would like to reiterate, EDUCATION and RIGHT ATTITUDE is very important in finding and keeping a job.

No, education doesn`t guarantee a job. Many people who has finished a university degree are now working in call centers and McDonalds because there is no job for them. Some people will never work in something related to what him or her studied. It`s pretty sad, but this is the actual economic situation

i agree, but having an education gives you an advantage or an edge to have work. Call centers and McDonalds do accept only those with college level attainment, better if you finished any course. i am a Civil engineer by profession, but i am now working as an MT. I have no experience whatsoever with medical transcriptions, but since i finished a degree, i did get the job! It is unfortunate that we do end up with jobs that are not related to what we have studied, but it is very fortunate that you could have a job as there are lots of people who are unemployed due to the economic crisis, and having an education is really an influencing factor in getting a job. Happy lotting my friend.

education plays a major role in being hired for any job. however, mere education itself is not the only reason for if i were the employer i'd look for good grades because this is an assurance not only of the mental capability of the applicant but also of the discipline the applicant is capable of (for we all know that intelligence itself doesn't give good grades). the product of sacrifices, putting studies first before anything else speaks highly of what one treasures the most. not to sound impersonal but a student is still a student and studying is what one should do. so, a good education with good grades would enable one to get a job. keeping a job would be entirely different for the ability to adjust is always the major factor here. something not all neuron-blessed people have an easy time with.

No, Education don't Guarantee Your Job... Even Without Education You Can Get Job.. And I Think, That Any Education Don't Helps You To Get Job... I Know Many People Which Earn Much More Money in Their Jobs Without Any Education.

Well if you do good in your studies it could make your chances better of getting a good job. But, generally, it is not a guarantee that you will get the job that you want. There are many graduates out there that do not get the job they want but because they are not good at looking for a good job they fail to get a good job. Being streetsmart could also help you getting what you want. Sometimes there are things you need to learn from outside of your traditional school because real life is not all about school/studies but it is wider than that.

Well we know that education is really important. We know that many companies always ask for transcript as well as other related educational attainment when hiring someone. But considering that situation right now, education does not guarantee a person a job. Simply because we have so many graduates right now. Its like saying the workers are many but the job is few. But obviously having an education will give you an edge over other people with no or less education.

In my honest opinion, education will not guarantee us a good job after finishing studies. I'm coming from my mom's experience. My mom did not even finish high school but she turned out to be a successful businesswoman. My dad was a bachelor degree holder but when it comes to running the family business, my mom is always on top. She used to joke that my dad is only good in driving and she, despite not acquiring a good education background, is far better than my dad in business and money matters. But of course, having good education and graduating from reputable universities will always be an edge when finding a job. It's all up to the person's skills and perseverance if he can be successful in his chosen field. Being successful is not because of luck... it's a choice.

I Believe some education can give guarantee for job. Like mbbs. When you will pass and will get good score then hospital will call you to do the job. Or when you will complete your lower degree then you could be a lower.

Hello there sanjeevsingh.. Yes, absolutely yes. It is one of the education's benefit. We all know that in hiring an employee in every company, educational attainment is very important because it will be the basis if they will hire a person to be an employee for their company. But educational attainment is not the primary basis in hiring an employee, it is the experience that an employee has. Most of the company nowadays, they choose persons who has a more experience to the job that they offer. Because they think that hiring an employee having an experience will incur lower cost and higher productivity rate. But as for now, persons who almost finished their studies and do not have a job right now its because of a great competition. But here in our country, the more backer you have the higher the possibility to get a job. By the way, if you havent encountered the word "backer"."Backer" means are the persons who has a high position in a company like a human resource manager, production lineleader, etc. who has a great influence in the company by the way that term is commonly used in our country. Some factors are maybe they were lazy. And lastly, to those who are saying that you can have a job even if you dont have an education, i will ask you what do you mean of no education? For me, the definition of "no education" is no read no write.Thats my definition regarding of no education. If it doesnt really what you mean, you should try to change or use a proper word for your sentence so that your message will be clearly understand by the other users. Good day to all..

education doesn't guarantee anything about your job. it's just a tool to socialize yourself and to make you're insightful so you'll be wiser in taking an action or deciding something important. besides, nothing is ideal in a real world. so, it doesn't take education only to survive. :)

I think nothing can guarantee our job, it depends on our effort to get a job and our luck. Now, many people work in the field that doesn't correspond to our education. Only some people can work in field that has relation with their educational system. And i think we can't blame anyone or anything if we failed to get a good job, because every people has their own destiny. If you want to work in a specific job, but God doesn't let u to work there, so i think u will never get that job.

I don't think it guarantees you a job, it only increases your chance for success when attempting to get a job. In my personal experience, employer's have really only looked at my previous work history, however I know it must vary depending on what field your in if your education plays a factor in getting a job.

somehow you can. but you must not expect it to be the dream job you want or anything that is related to your profession immediately. most companies today although consider newly grads, they still prefer experience especially if its a better position in the company. there's a lot of job out there but mostly the problems are unqualified and choosing too much of a better job. i was very fortunate to finish college as a working student. my work experience helped a lot.

Well im getting graduated under electronics and communication engineering by this April, i'm in the final semester.. Actually , nobody has come to hire me till now, some companies came, where the candidates were pre selected, in the first attempt, i went to the final HR round but neglected due to internal politics.. U told some reasons, but along with that, this internal politics inside is also the main role for no jobs around the city of educated.. Education system is actually good and it is strongly enough to fetch a job, but the educating institutions don't have good satff members to educate me, my college staff actually doesn't know proper english, then how come i communicate with others as all im a communication engineer indeed.... The tough competitions also plays a major role.. Some independent institutions have made 100% placements last summer.. VIT an university in vellore has made 100% placements, a very good reputed company has selected 1200 candidates from that university and they are gonna make a world record with that.. Getting Education doesn't guarantee the job, getting educated in a good university guarantees ur job 100%...

Education doesn't really give 100% guarantee of having a job. I guess it also depends on a person's determination to succeed in life. But, I think acquiring a degree in education means a lot to a person and it's already an achievement for one individual. It is also better to be well educated than having no education at all. Nowadays, having a job is really difficult because we are all in recession. Even an educated person can hardly get a job, how much more the uneducated ones? I mean this has nothing against them but I am just trying to analyze this kind of situation here.

i believe that it helps a lot. but unless you're one of the most honorable people in school, it won't really guarantee you a job. if you manage to work on a respectable portfolio, it'll pretty much tell how professional and dedicated you can be, and that, i believe is what jobs are looking for.
