So I simply have not been able to stop listening to TV on the Radio since I just discovered them back in December. all of Dear Science has taken me by suprise, but I'm going to list my favorite songs and any other TV on the Radio fans give a shout out and let's talk about how awesome they are! Tonight - OMG the bass in this song just puts me in a trance Love Dog - reminds me exactly of how I feel about my boyfriend Halfway Home - Best progression in a song, EVER Ambulance - "hearts colors change like leaves" and I could die. What a captivating beautiful song! Staring at the Sun - This song is AMAZING! I just can't believe I lived my life without knwing about this song the second it was created Wear you Out - Holy crap, doesn't it just turn you on?? DLZ - Music progression plus lyrics plus the sound of his voice, ahhh. Say you Do - OK even without lyrics this song rules my soul, then you add in the lyrics and I could die.

I'm also a pretty big fan of this band. I would have to say that my favorite album of theirs is Return to Cookie Mountain. Some of my favorite tracks include I Was A Lover, Hours, Wolf Like Me, A Method, Tonight, and plenty of others. This band has a lot of soul and is so original.

YES YES YES Especially Hours, A Method, and of course Tonight since it was one of the ones I mentioned as well! AHH! And YES they have a lot of soul! On their myspace page, they have this poem on their "About me" and it's so inspiring, it says: "Dear Listener, This Family made by the cofluence of desire & circumstance lives in the same world that you do. Same world at war same world in love, same sacred & profane world feeling on the brink & still sometimes elated. This family is drinking the same water as you & yours. lives under the same threat of violence, has seen the same rainbows. This family is vulnerable to the same toxins & viruses & addictions as yours. Celebrates likes yours. Feels joy & pain like yours. Trips good & bad vibes likes yours. This FAMILY recorded an album about that same world." so amazing.

Indeed if only we had more bands like this in the mainstream rather then crappy rap artists like Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne. I think the public deserves to listen to better music on the radio and on television.
