Sometimes It Can Be Hard To Enjoy Life

There are many times in my life when situations seem to abound and I often wonder if I can ever see the light of day. Maybe it is Financial, or Health related but it often makes me wonder for sure. Before I became the Strong Christian I consider myself to be today, I used to allow these things to get me down so much I would even become depressed and feel like giving up as well.
Right now one of the main situations going on in my life would be enough to Stress out anyone, and often make them wonder what next? It has been a hard one to face but I know God is in control and going to help my husband and I get thru it. This could also be one of the main reasons I have not been as active in here like I used to be as well.
As most of you know I am Diabetic, and have had to deal with issues relating to that as well. Well this time it is problems with a wound not wanting to heal like it should, and it is on the same leg I had problems with wounds not wanting to heal on before. This wound was actually just dry skin I removed off my leg around the first part of November that decided the end of November it did not want to heal like it should, and became a Chronic wound situation. I have tried a couple different things, including an Antibiotic to no avail to where now I am having to go to a Wound Healing Institute to get help to get it to heal as well. But let me tell you what, what a chore this has been with Medical as well.
So now you know a little more of what has been going on, and I have Faith in time it will all be over soon. Just for anyone who Prays if you want to remember me in Prayer, Prayers are appreciated as well. Happy February to all.

Dear Heavenly Father we lift Tina up in prayer to you today. We thank you for her faith in you even in times such as this. We know that you are a loving God. You said, by my stripes we are healed and where there are two or more in agreement that our prayers are heard and answered. So Lord we ask that you heal Tina from the top of her head to the soles of her feet and that you bring a speedy healing to her wound that hasn't wanted to heal. We are believing and asking this in your precious name Lord Jesus Christ and may you get all the Honor, Glory and Praise for what has happened and what will happen. Amen

Thank You for this Prayer my friend. It did bring tears to my eyes, and I know God is in control. I am believing God for great things coming from this Doctors visit this next Monday. Will keep everyone posted on what happens from this.

hi tina wow from the standpoint of a fellow diabetic I can sympathize and do. We heal so slowly from wounds,its just
so maddening at times. I have been lucky but am glad you
found a Wound Healing Institute to help you. I will indeed
send you prayers to help speed that wound. with all the
prayer power of a lot of mylotters amazing things have
happened and can happen. Oh the medical for us is another
big headache. as a senior citizen I had lucked in to Secure
'Horizons and they told me of their special Evercare plan and it really helped me with paying all my medical bills,its just'wonderful. I know for the past year and a half its been hard for my son and I too but am doing a lot more praying and hoping, and maybe one day my son will get that job and we will get b ack together in an apartment. some times things do go right. good luck Tina and God bless.

Thanks for the well wishes and Prayers. They are much appreciated. I also ended up getting a slight touch of a Cold, etc. so not been in much of a mood to post at times lately either, but know God is in control.

Thanks for your comments my friend, and the thoughts and Prayers. I also came down with a slight case of Bronchitis but am on antibiotics so that is helping with both issues. I will be updating later how things are going.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've been having, I will keep you in my prayers, and pray that your leg will heal up soon. I too am diabetic and I know how important it is to keep our sugars well controlled so we don't have alot of problems, like sores not healing and all that stuff. My grandmother lost her toes when she got a sore on one of them and it wouldn't heal, I know I don't want to ever have to go through anything like that. Take care of yourself...

I am forever stressed out. No major medical issues yet, thankfully, but we're still young.
My major stressors stem from finances. I'm pretty stressed out right now. Hubby and I have been sharing 1 vehicle for a few months now since our van decided to die. We've been waiting for our tax returns so we can get him another vehicle to get to and from work. Well, Saturday I had to go out to pick him up, but the brakes went on my truck! So now we have no vehicle. To make matters worse, we didn't pay our phone bill so now that's being shut off, I can't make outgoing calls, so I couldn't call my husband that day to say I couldn't come get him!
It also didn't help that yesterday my pipes froze and I had no water in my kitchen! I did dishes all day in the bathtub, lol.
The finances always have us worried. How are we going to pay rent and the heating bill this week when our phone is being shut off and we need to get those brakes fixed?
It never seems to end.

Sorry u are having so many problems. Hope they all go away soon. Seems like when it rains it pours. My aunt use to have those terrible places on her legs. I wish i knew what it was she finally found to make them heal but i don't 7 SHE PASSED AWAY 2 YEARS AGO OR I WOULD ASK HER. gOOD LUCK.

I am sorry that life is difficult for you right now and that your health is not as good as it should be. I hope that the Wound Healing Institute is going to help you once and for all. Your faith if such a gift and you are lucky you have such as strong one. I think it helps to believe that everything happens for a reason and that sometimes after the fact the blessings can be seen in a lot of situations. I will add you to my prayers and I sincerely hope thing turn around for you soon and that you will be healed.

I agree sometimes it's hard to enjoy life,especially when you have problems.I have problems myself and it is hard for me to see the light of day in the situation.I get through with my prayers,I pray for God to comfort me and to let me feel it will all turn out well.I have problems with depression,I was diagnosed with clinical sepression.I'm waiting to see a doctor to get meds.It's not easy getting an appointment with someone who accepts medicaid.I have an appointment for April.I do hate waiting,but have no choice.Like everyone else I have financial problems due to losing a job.There are no jobs out there that I'm qualified to do.I understand in the feeling of losing hope,that's usually when I need to pray,that helps me out in getting through my situations,even when it don't turn out as good for me.

Hi KrauseHome or tina! I am really touched with your story! I know how hard your situation is and how painfull it is as well... I am sure God will help you and would heal your wound. He is the great healer! He does it before and there is no way and no reason why He would not to you! Just remain positive and have a strong faith in him. Happy February to you Tina. Life is a journey and can have its challenges. The best thing to have in life is good health. It can make a person find it hard to enjoy life when he or she is in pain or poor health. Sometimes depression can affect a person's life. I know that concentating in hobbies can make people happy like reading books and writing stories. I know a warm bath can heal and make a person feel happier. Money doesn't make a person happy. A severe lack of it can make a person worry. Good luck to you to feel lots better.

I've been with this situation also.I felt so down that i thought of killing myself but i never did.My daughter give me strenght to carry on and i have strong faith to God.I know He will always there for me no matter what.It was very hard times in my life.I felt so alone but i know He will help me.It was about 4 years ago.Now, life is so much better for me.I will include you in my prayer.Things will be fine for you.Take care always.

life is what how we see it so there as positive and negatives,don't get me wrong i m not here to give you counscilling classes but you have to be strong yourself then only anyone would care for you.Take help of family and friends go out have some fun and if you are not able to go out due to your situation then try to enjoy in the home only.Watch some interesting tv shows,just kidding.My best wishes to you and i am sure that you would come out of it.

Sometimes in life when things do not seem to be going my way i would fret a lot and depressed my self. i know that god exist but sometimes i am my misery i fail to call up on his name. i am trying to control that now and it is working. god is so good to me so how can i let him down. my prayers are with you and each and every one of the my lot family.
