Any help? I think I am suffering from some mild arthritus. I can take naproxen twice a day and feel much better. I don't feel so stiff and my key joints dont' hurt. But, it's really bad for my stomach and can actually cause internal bleeding so I'd rather not use it. So is there anything more natural and safer that I can use to help my poor aching body out????

I would say try and find some lotus leaf tea or some other products of the lotus plant because that plant has opiate like chemicals in it to help ease your pain. Other then that I would just continue to look for plants that have been used as pain killers throughout the year and you should feel much better from the natural remedy.

I will check the local health food store for lotus leaf tea. I have tried ginger teas but I don't like them well enough to drink enough to make a difference. I have begun researching on anti-inflamatory foods too. I didn't know tomotoes can actually make your joints inflame. So will white sugar!Thanks..

Have you tried homoeopathy. There are some good remedies that can contain arthritis pain. I can think of Rhus tox and also Ruta. You can check this site: http://abchomeopathy.com/
