I have many books which I have not yet completed reading. I have a bad habit or I do not know if its a good habit - I buy books just by looking their cover page or going through just few initial pages. I plan to read many books and yes I do start with full energy but that energy goes down very soon.
Do you read complete book? If yes how do you keep on reading?

i will happily take all those books off you and read them for you
- i don't have enough books
. anyway i read all the books i buy, the only ones i do not read all of are those that i have bought for reference rather than entertainment. with them i just read whatever i am looking up in them.

Hello! Yes, I read all the books I buy, because there is no sense to buy them, if I will not read them. I have a lot of books at home and the most of them are criminal novels. I buy books very often, because I love to read, and I am also studying literature from this year, at the university, where my cousin has .

Yes I agree that we should not buy a book if not intend to read that but when I see cover page of the book and read few lines I like the book and feel like reading that. That is the reason why I get them and after few page reading interest is gone.
Does not mean that I do not read or have not completed any book but there are many left on the way to completion.

My money would just go to waste if I don't read the books I bought. Of course I read them. I even read it twice, when I have the time. My aunts usually give me books as presents, that's why I have plenty of books in my room. And I have read all of them.

I usually read all the books I buy. But I don't buy many books. That's because they are really expensive in my country and I don't want to spend so much money just to read it once and then put it on the shelf where it will remain for the rest of my life. I go to the library a lot and I bring a lot of books home to read. That way, if the book isn't good, I'm not sorry for spending the money. I buy encyclopedias and similar books though, because you can look up many things in them and use them more. I read all the books from start to finish, if they are good. If I don't like them, which is usually after a chapter or two, I stop reading them because I don't want to torture myself. But the most of the books I bring home are good. I keep on reading because I'm so interested in what's going to happen.

That is very good not invest in books and its always good to get the book without investing money.
I will try to follow this practice, let's see if that helps me.
Thank You for the response. have nice time.
