I like avial, a dish made out of many vegetables that are at home, with yoghurt, green chillies, cumin seeds, coconut etc. This can be eaten as it is, can be mixed in white rice or even can be a side dish for anything. Whenever I get it in my house or in the functions, I eat with so much liking. Like this, what is your favourite food item, which you always enjoy eating? It can be anything, veg, non-veg, can you tell us please?

You proved to be a true Hyderabadi. Hyderabad mirchi bhajjis are great. I never tasted like that anywhere. Especially in the exhibition in exhibition grounds, it is awesome. Yesterday I made them at home. Mango pickle is super. Especially when it is made fresh, you mix it in the hot rice, add little til oil and eat. Oh God, you can see the heaven Vandana.

my favourite items are soup of any type and rasam. I do not like sambar and chutney like items as they are very thick. My all time favourite is raitha with any vegetables.

Hi Buchi, I am from Singapore and I can say that our style of cooking is more or less the same as the Indian cooking. We use curry and coconut and a lot of vegetables in our cooking too. I am not an Indian but I love to eat Tosai Masala which have vegetables and potatoes in it. I can eat two at one time. Haha. Because I do not know how to make Tosai, I will look for eating house that sells Tosai. Unfortunately, not many place sells Tosai. So, I cannot enjoy eating that all the time.

Sarinahahmad, are you talking about masala dosai? Today I brought from hotel and we all had it. It is round thing with onion and potato masals inside. Chutney and sambar are also given along with it. I love it and make it at home. Very easy sarina to make. I hope you can see in the internet. It has to be pronounced as dhosai like ek, dho, theen's dho.

I absolutely live Wienerschnitzel, and red cabbage. My husband buys the schnitzel at the farmers market every Saturday, and we have this wonderful dish atleast twice a week. I really enjoy it, and he cooks it absolutely perfectly every single time. We had this for lunch today, as a matter of fact.
