posted banners error

last week i deleted some of my banners on my profile and changed it with a new set of banners. but just as i was chatting to a friend here on mylot today, he told me that he was able to click on one of those banners that i deleted! huh! are those updated banners on profile will be viewable only for the owners and not to other members as well?

Odd things happen online. I think sometimes sites get busy and weird stuff goes on. It is like entering the Twilight Zone or something. I have had some problem with getting the banners to work on my profile. I have to keep going in and out. It seems to have a mind of its own.
