how do you hold on as a single parent in this life?

someone closed to me is get divorce with his husband. now i see her loses her weight. She have to earn money more to make living for her own and her kids. In the other hand, she has to take care her children too, watching their growth and make sure that her kids is safe. I feel so sorry to know this. For me taking care the children with two parents is just hard, i wonder how she could do this all alone, what do you think about this?
