Do you make things that might sell?
Go to craft fairs?
I sell my jewelry and vintage items on etsy.com .
You can have a free shop...
Cost $.20 to list for 3 months...
They charge 3.5% commision of sale price..
If you want to see my shop just add
Raydene. before the etsy.com
It's fun and a great shop.
Would you like to sell what you make?

I've heard of Etsy, but I've never tried to sell there. I'm not crafty but might consider it for future sales. I used to have an ebay store where I sold used books. I gave them away about a year ago because I had given up on their site when they raised rates far more than I was making. It was more of a hobby than a money maker. I broke even. But, when I stopped breaking even, I shut it down. Do you do well? Are purchases fairly regular?

Hi Hon
I do so much better on Amazon.com selling books
unless they are vintage..then etsy or ebay
does better.
I do flea markets and craft fairs..did very well
for the holidays.
I am just starting to sell my silver jewelry
on etsy. I've only had one sale so far...
it's a start.
I sell steady on ebay..collectables, antiques, used clothing

I have some ideas, but have not made or listed anything yet. I have opened a shop. Had a delay because it asked for credit card to open. I used a pre paid credit card, and it worked alright. I have some "family crises" going on right now and barely have time for the writing I need to do. I will plan to do it eventually and I will of course look for your as well.

My husband and I are both published authors, does that count? We wrote four books between us, and they are self published. People keep ordering them, and they continue to be printed.

There was someone here who had asked about Etsy when you were away. I knew you used it and told them so, but also that you weren't around lately. Can't remember who it was, though.
