The puppies are old enough to be weaned so get them over to solid food as soon as possible, then you can start treating the mother dog. Wounds may be coming from the puppies nipping her and her natural mother instinct is not to bite back so she is taking the abuse. You will need to use a dewormer on the puppies as well as the mother to help with the parasites. You should also have them innoculated against the different viruses that puppies get. These viruses can be deadly if not treated. Also once the puppies are weaned then the mother dog can use the food that she is eating to nuorish herself, not just sustain her puppies.

Wounds and parasites? I understand that money is an issue. I would take the dog to the S.P.C.A or at least call the local animal shelter and ask them where a dog owner on low income can get help for a dog with the health problems such as you dog has.
If you can, take the dog to the vet immediately. If you can not afford to care for the dog, perhaps consider surrendering it to the animal shelter. That way it will get the immediate health care that it needs but also placed in a loving home who can afford the care of a dog.
If you choose to continue to keep the dog, perhaps set up an emergency bank account for it so that there will be money to give the dog the proper vetrinary care that it requires throughout it's life time with you.

wow, thank you for the advise. i see it. i don't know what is SPCA. we don't have it here in the Philippines. and pets are not really being given notice by the government here. long as the pet is being well trained and anti-rabies is being given to it, then the government has nothing to do with how we are, the pet owners going to treat them and feed them. the choice is amongs us.. and thank you for the advise. i just hope that pet care will be among the program of our next leader. fingers cross.

It would be nice for pet care to be part of the program, next.
I hope your dog is doing better.
I did gather some information as follows.

thank you very much for your kinds consideration.. thank you so much for taking time to really be researching for the topic i had posted. however, the information you offered me is like 4 days and 3 nights travel by ship, and costs so much when traveled by plane. but as of now, my dog named Chubby is healthy again.. her parasites has been slowly eliminated. and her fur has been slowly been coming back. PAW here in the philippines is not that pro active in taking care of the dogs. they are just on the more generalized issues, that is, avoiding dog fight, injecting anti rabies. and capturing those dogs that are along the streets. that is what the role of the PAW is. unlike the shows there in other countries wherein the dogs and other pets are really being taken care of...

When a dog is eating and feeding her pups she needs more food and more protein in the food. She needs to be wormed before birth.
The puppies must remain with the mother for an absolute minimum of 8 weeks, if removed before this their health and social development will suffer. Anyone offering puppies younger than this should be reported to the authorities.
It is quite common for a b!tch to lose one pup of a litter.

I have a 3 rating because I speak my mind without fear or favour and some people take offence preferring pandering and fawning to plain speech

thank you so much. however, i already had distributed her puppies to different persons. and the main problem right now is her fur which was diminished. and right now, we are really doing our best to make it bad. she had her hair cut, very little, and then we tried to bath it and then put some powder on it. and right now, she is slowly becoming pretty again. however, we are afraid that she will get pregnant again.. she usually come out of the house whenever she wanted to. hmm. at least, it is not yet its menstruation period.. huhu

i do give regular bath for our dog. but it seemed that it is really not enough. parasites are still there. we really don't see her having no parasites at all. and one thing, she is so smart that she could open the gate door and went out. i just hate it when she do it. wrr. it really gave me a high blood pressure. and then she would return later being or having so many dirts in its face and in its fur and all over its body.. and i just don't have enough time to really be taking care every bit of it.. sometimes, it is really discouraging though. that my housemates were able to benefit from the guard we have from our dog, and yet they just neglect its own health status and condition.. huhu
