Is there a chance that MyLot will lose paypal payment scheme too?

It seems like that IM Report Card is added on the list of those who cannot use paypal amnymore just like the recent UPbux. Paypal I think is very reliable and it is something that we can use to actually convert our earnings in real cash and not just to credits or other offers. I'm wondering what will be the chances of MyLot to be part of the list? I hope not, as I am really enjoying posting and responding here and seeing that my earnings are increasing too. Give me your thought about this.

I don't think so as well. Over the years, paypal has been the option to use mostly and widely here in mylot to receive earnings, so I doubt that it will be removed as an option. Not being too confident, but I really trust mylot and they won't do that so yeah.. welcome to mylot and put away your worries and just enjoy this site with friends..

Exactly. when I joined MyLot 3 years ago I was so into earning money only. I forgot the real essence of it. After 3 years I'm back and I think I appreciate it better. It gives me a good way to exercise my mind and to be able to express my thoughts over things. Thanks for replying.

I really don't think that will happen to mylot because they are an excellent site and even if paypal stopped there service to mylot I don't think mylot would shut down like upbux did. Granted mylot does have quite a bit of members on here but in the end mylot is just a whole lot more reliable then upbux.

I think you're right. Even if MyLot would stop paying it would not close down coz people here become friends, shared a lot of thoughts. It's more than just a website in fact.

What has the fact that IMReport no longer pays in cash got to do with Paypal? I am reading that they stated in the email to their users that it was due to the amount of fraud on their site.

That's as much as I guessed. It seems the 'in' thing to put the blame on Paypal for everything now No you can spare me the rest of the mail, thank you - but my PMs are there for anything and everything else

I don't think so, i think that these sites closes becouse they make a lot of little daily payments. Here in MyLot its hard to reach payment for most of the people and there are a lot of em that never really reach it, and this makes me think that MyLot does not pay cashouts that often. Also MyLot is a lot more professional, and a lot bigger that the other sites (MyLot surelly has a big team for deleteing al the discussions against the rulles created manly by new members, for example). Just watch at the design and you will notice yourself.

I certainly hope not too. Earning here becomes a motivation as well. It's like an icing on the cake. :) Have you reached pay out already?

I really hope not. I just wrote up a discussion about IMReportCard stopping paying. I think myLot will be fine though considering it is a lot older than all of those sites and seems to have it down. But they might stop paying for participation.. that's more what I'm worried about. Because they are getting really big, and that has to be getting expensive, and the whole point of paying is to get big. So... add it all up and eventually they're bound to stop. The IMReportCard thing is really upsetting though. There was no forewarning or anything!

I hope not even that too. I wanted to be able to reach pay out first. But you have actually your point there. We are almost on the same track as the number of posts. I think we have to do more and fast now hahaha. Thanks for responding.

I do not think that will happen. Mylot has been here for quite a time and has always been up to date with its payment. Paypal is very strict and usually when someone complaints to them, they always act. But considering that mylot is a trusted site and has always live up to its standards, there is less likely the possibility that mylot will lose the paypal payment scheme.

I hope it will not happen. but then it is not in our control. if paypal decides not to honour payment for any online earnings program irrespective of they are good or bad, nobody can do anything. The best thing to do now is to add a few more payment processors like Alertypay or Liberty Reserve to over the situation. Many online earners use these two payment processors.

I would say it is highly unlikely that myLot would end up losing paypal because the business module they use differs greatly to many of those sites which can no longer pay via paypal. The big thing is that myLot is a proper well established business and appears to be run in a very business like manner. Where as many of the sites which recently have come a cropper have been those which are not run as a business or have been using a personal paypal account rather than a business paypal account. But it does bring up a significant question over if the unlikely did ever happen and mylot lost the opportunity to pay via paypal, what payment options they could replace it with.

I hope not but if paypal is so unreliable, it is unwise for any internet business to rely solely on them as thier only payment processor. I think that they should explore othe options such as alertpay, they are also good.

...Hi rajaiv0810, It is very curious as to why all these sites are dropping by the wayside and not staying with paypal, or paypal is dropping them. Did I read that it had to do with fraud? Or did I confuse two issues? I would hope that mylot continues, but who can tell. This is a legitimate site, so I would not think it would be an issue. You just don't know what is going on. I will just keep logging on and hope that the site keeps using paypal as it has in the past. Take care.
