how many eggs should one eat in a week? - eggs r shown in the photo,which r good for health.

I eat daily one egg because the eggs r good for nutritionally.Although the yolks have cholesterol,it is good type,so i don't worry too much about them.

Experts say that it is OK to eat up to 2 eggs per day, but if you eat more than 2 the you should only eat the whites. Meaning 2 whole eggs, and then rest should be whites. The cholesterol is all in the yolks so eating egg whites is not harmful for us, and it is a good source of protein and can be very low in calories depending on how you cook them.

Hi, narashivakumar. I would think that eating eggs in a week is great. Eating 6 eggs that has no cholesterol is nutritious. I would recommend trying Eggland's Best. These type of eggs have great Amino Acids in it.

yes, they are good for nutricionally, but we must eat only two or three eggs per week, due to higher cholesterol levels.

I used to eat egg every single day for breakfast but after months of doing it, I got so full of it already. Now I hardly eat eggs for breakfast. This morning was like my first time to eat after months of not.

your right egg is nutritious and it's one of high biological value source of protein and amino acids, eggs is best after exercise cause it replenish and helps fast recovery of muscles..i eat 30 to 50 eggs in aday..egg for me is friend of my muscles..

It is well known that egg can supply energy for our body. However, eat too much eggs at a time which will lead to protein excess and it is bad for our health. As to me, I think in normal situation, eat one egg every other day is enough.

I depends on your health. One must eat eggs.Atleast three in a week incase person is little obese. Other wise nornal person should eat one in a day atleast. Yolks have cholesterol, however it taste good and does not matter to the person who does not have heart problem.But one should be careful.Doctor advise to eat cholesterol free eggs also. I have never tasted them, I dont know whether I will relish or not. Other wise I like eggs and eat daily.

Eggs are a good source of protein and choline.Eggs supply essential amino acids ,vitamin A ,vitamin B6 ,iron ,calcium ,phosphorus potassium and folic acid.All the eggs vitamins A B and E are in its yolk.Egg yolk contains 60 calories while its white contains only 15.The yolk contains all the fat and the white part is almost fat free. You can have one egg daily but if you increase its intake it will increase your cholestrol levels and the risk of type two diabetes.
