Chess players out there, I just need your opinion in this chess position. The white has a King and a Pawn while black only has a King. It's white turn to move. The white King is in block g5, white's Pawn in g6 and black King in g8. Is it still possible for white to win? What do you think?

it depends on your opponent and which piece is yours?

If both players will not commit a mistake, both are good players. You are playing white pieces. It's your turn. I just want to know your opinion if you can win it or it will really end up to a draw?

chess is a game of two players. if you want to play chess with me, play the game of mylot first. when i move, you move after me. when you start a discussion, i will respond. when i start mine, it's your turn to respond to it. if you will not play that game, you will lose, by default. you will not succeed in mylot. trust me. i have been watching you.

I am just focusing on the game situation. Don't take me personally. Don't you know that the way you talk, you can hurt somebody's feeling. You even said that I will not succeed here. How do you know? Trust you? Of course not, if you are like that. Please be a good citizen and avoid hurting other's feeling. Don't speak too personal. Don't be judgmental. It's just my advice to you. And fyi, myLot is just a past time to me, so as long as I am enjoying here, I will feel successful. I already earned and learned here, so that is what a myLot success means for me.

Whilst technically it can be done and start with white king movie to F6 to force black king over to E8, the likelyhood it will end with a draw becuase it is too easy for black king to position itself to wards the middle of the board so that it takes more than the allowed moves to finish the game.

This is definitely a draw...if both players play correctly. For example: 1. Kf6 Kf8 2. g7 Kg8 3. Kg6 stalemate. Same with 1. Kh6 Kh8 2. g7 Kg8 3. Kg6 stalemate as well. If white doesn't go to the 6th rank and simply plays, for example, 1. Kf5 2. Kg7 and white's king simply needs to go back to Kg5. Now it would be an entirely different case if Black's king is on f8. If this is the case, white wins the game. For example: 1. Kf6 Kg8 2. g7 Kh7 3. Kf7 and white successfully promotes his pawn to the queening square. It would be same if white played 1. Kh6 Kg8 2. g7 Kf7 3. Kh7 and with the same result. Anyway, I'm a chess coach online and if you're interested to improve your chess I can help you a lot with minimal feels. You can send me a personal message if you're interested and I can give the full details. Anyway, I used the site Babaschess which is a free site so you don't have to pay anthing to download it's server.

Its a draw as long as black does not play foolishly..

It's draw when black just stays in front of the pawn regardless of the white's move.
