Education or Work?

From where I came from, people prefer working instead of education and most of them are the poor people of society. Most of them doesn't understand the importance of education in there lives that education is the only way out of poverty, but I don't know whats really going on with their lives, poor people are different than the rich people who can afford food and education at the same time but the poor people of society has this problem of choosing what is important "work for food or education" and most of them prefer to work just to have something to eat instead of education because of the financial problem they have. But there are also poor people out there who wants to have education than to work even it takes them to starve to death, but later in life their decisions will be worth it. How about you all mylotters out there, what will you choose? ^ ^
