Yes I do too but lead a normal life with the help of counselling and medication. I think that anyone who is a carer, and particularly for someone who has chronic depression, will also suffer from it eventually. :)

I suffer from both. I'm manic/depressive or bipolar as it's also known. Usually the anxiety I can avoid the issues on but depression can just come right out of the blue.

I suffer from both of them. I have gone on medication to "deal" with the issues however right away people want to "label" me as "crazy"(which I have been called several times).I get embarrassed and stop the meds. They don't seem to understand that people deal with issues differently. Where one person may voice their opinions on matters...I bottle them up so I don't hurt people's feelings...then I am faced with a "buildup" of everyone elses issues. Truth is...I think everyone ELSE is crazy and I am the "normal" one that just can't "deal" with their madness :)

I suffer from both. Severe depression and severe social anxiety and some general anxiety that keep me pretty much locked in the house. I can't deal with life anymore.

I suffer from both and have done so for many years there are times when i am worst than others and i `m on medication again at the moment helping me to deal ( cope ) with it . I have a great councillor and now i see a psycharist hoping that i can cope a little better with life . If you feel you suffer from depression it`s best to get it checked out by your GP he /she is best to decide and treat approperiately .Anxiety sort of rules my life but after talking to a few people who have gone through similar they have given me some helpful tips as to help me relax in extreme situations .Friends and otheres who have been through the same type of situation are indeed the best people to have around .I wish you luck in the future

I have dealt with depression for years. I take medication for it which takes away the lows, but it also robs me of my highs too. Just lately I have been having some anxiety attacks and to be honest, I hate it. I have all these feelings and I feel stupid for having them, but can't help it. It's crazy!
