hi,Indian mylotters,after the announcement of budget,Indian government has imposed some restrictions on incoming of forien income into India..see the message from PAYPAL.. Resuming local bank withdrawals to India www.thepaypalblog.com.

hi,balu,i think many people are worrying on this,ofcourse our's is a small amounts,but there are some upcoming members who are working on net completely as their career and getting bsome bread and butter.hope problem will solve soon...

Even I got the message from paypal. RBI wants to regulate remittances from abroad. On the whole, paypal issue is settled. This will give great relief to many Indians.

Setteled to an extent. Not fully. As of now, it is only exporters. Of course, we can qualify as service exporters. Then we need the export code. Presumably, we can come up with export code from exchange control manual of RBI. Then the next thing is convincing the local bank to accept us as exporter. We are not registered exporters so the local bank will have to get its clarifications, and so on. After all these hurdles here, pay pal will deduct much higher amount of commission for trasferring the funds of the exporter. :) So ideally, wait till the storm settles down. Its only a question of a couple of months. :)

I would have surely thought that now everything thing has got to end soon,until the paypal responded well for many of the Indians.They have mailed the members regarding their restrictions to be lifted and well the time was not clear,still a relief I guess! when the payments are reversed and remaining money is seeing no way out to the banks, its so sad you know.There's been lot of conformations too saying by March 3 they will be working as usual and with some changes, only for Indians. The Paypal blog was so useful ,isn't, when one doesn't even know when could the problem and issues get out of control and come back on track.Well happy and satisfied to get the updates.

I have also received the message from paypal. It is a welcome movement from paypal. As i am new earner from online, if the paypal regulate and affiliate with RBI rules, then in future it will be very helpful not only for me but the million of new indian users who have been earning online.
