Apples are very good for us, they have lots of fiber and good nutrition. They say if you eat an apple a half hour before a meal that you will eat a lot less and therefore lose weight, the extra fiber will also help carry bad stuff out of the body so they are good for you in many ways. So if you like them you should eat them more often because they are very good for you.

I eat apples regularly- be it summers (off season), September to December - on season or during the rest of the months. It provides me with vitality, iron and other minerals and a general feel-good.

i dont really eat apples as i prefer succulent fruits like bananas, strawberries, papayas and chikus. now that apple is good as it has magnesium and also a good fibre, i will go for it. also the popular saying, 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away is very true. i feel its good to eat a variety of fruits too. why not, i am all for it.

Naturally, if you substitute apples to high calorie meals, you will lose weight. But one thing I really like with apples, they are high in Magnesium mineral, which is good for our heart :)
