... here I come. I have fallen in love with Canada. I was already quite fond of her and honestly can NOT believe I have never visited. She has been on my travel list for as long as I can remember but has now moved much, much higher up the list. Watching the Olympics and all the side interest stories has confirmed for me that I will love my travel there more than I have imagined. Is there a place on your travel list that you can not believe you still haven't made it to? And for my fellow myLot Canadians..... is there a place I should be sure to NOT miss when I visit? Oh, Canada... what lovely Olympics. Thanks.

Good morning, cupid....I am confused..and need to ask; what do you mean by extreme weather? Living here, off the West Coast, and seeing what's happening all over the world...our weather is right in step with the global picture! Possibly you mean our vast country includes the ARCTIC? TAke care..and Cheers!

You HAVE to come to Canada! I feel so lucky to live here! One place I would highly suggest visiting would be going to the Rocky Mountains on either the Alberta or British Columbia side! They are so beautiful and simply breath taking! If you do happen to go to Ontario then their is a lot to see there, but a MUST see is Niagra Falls! It is SOOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful!

What ever part of Canada you decide to visit you will find amazing. I was born in Eastern Canada but have lived in Western Canada most of my life. Enjoy!

I would love to visit Canada too. I watched some of the Olympics and that motivated me to put this fine country on the list of places I would like to see. Another place I would like to go to and have never been is New York. I have seen it, read about it, heard about it but I have never been there and stood in Central Park. That is my dream destination along with Paris and of course Canada!

Canada is Wonderful place to live , Most people that once they cross the USA-Canada Boarder that its all snow year round and we live in Igloos. Southern Canada get plenty of sun and Hot weather.. We get the all the same weather the northern US gets! The place were it snows year round is were its cold, which is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY up northen canada. I felt that hosting the winter olympics was great but all it shows is what many think we live like "in Igloos and we donuts and moose meat". Host the Summer Olympics up here to see THE REAL CANADA

Actually anyone who was at the Olympics would see that it is not that cold here. We had almost record breaking high temperatures and lots of sun during the olympics. It was actually warm during the days in Febuary! Also Cypress mountain had no snow! They had to airlift so much snow in just to make the jumps. They also cancelled the practice runs up there to save the snow for the actual competition. The competitors had to practice at whistler instead.

I booked a flight to Halifax in Canada because I wanted to visit Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. This weekend I got the very disappointing news that my flight there has been canceled due to the travel company going out of business. They have told me that my money is safe and will be refunded in a few weeks. Therefore I have booked a flight to Vancouver to make up for my loss of flight to Halifax. I am really excited because I have always wanted to go to British Columbia. Vancouver is meant to be a very attractive city and after going there I can go over to Vancouver Island or up to the Rocky Mountains. I hope that you will visit Canada one day. It is a shame I will be missing out on visiting Prince Edward Island. I suggest you visit Vancouver, Montreal, Prince Edward Island and Toronto.

You live just 14 miles from Vancouver so that is excellent. I will be arriving on the 17th June because I think summer is the best time to visit. Yes, the spring must be really picturesque in Butchart Gardens. I would love to hear more about wonderful Vancouver. Thanks.

There are so many places, haven't been to Asia, Australia or Africa, and I've only been to South America once (Equador/Galapagos). I haven't been back to Canada since I was a child. There are lots of places I haven't been to. Partly this is because I find a place that I love and I go back there...

So much fighting with Canada and USA, it's complete nonsense. But this nation (USA) is the most deadly pollutants in the world. We are equal, let us deal with our own problems

I LOVE Canada! lol MOstly because I'm Canadian born and raised. I'm sorry I haven't actually seen much of Canada. I've been raised in BC. I've been everywhere in BC. We have great hiking here. Whistler is amasing. I love Vancouver. There are a lot of great little islands on the Sunshine coast. The OLympics were great! I was downtown almost every second night. I live in the suburbs of Vancouver. I can't believe I haven't been to South America yet.. I've been planning to go for 3 years.

Other than the U.S., Canada (and the border of Mexico) is the only country I've traveled in. Most of my travel in Canada has been in BC and Alberta. Some day I want to see the rest of the country. What I've seen so far is beautiful. Canada is number 2 on my list; Australia is number 3 and New Zealand is number 4. Then I'd like to see more of Central and South America.
