I'm starting to him

Ok, i have a colleague who was fine and jolly at first. Later on, he started complaining about this and that in the office (dunno why)..from people, to workload, everything. He talks to me with a lot of rantings (we're from different country by the way). Since people are aloof to him now, I'm afraid people will start to avoid me too. I kind of starting to hate him because of his rantings and complaints...I'm fed up.

Either you talk to him about this, or do as everybody else does, ignore him and stay away. Those are your only two choices.

Sorry bout the title..It should be "I'M STARTING TO HATE HIM". Most of the people are staying away from him now. Perhaps they're fed up too? I am currently ignoring him as much as possible. I guess he knew that too.

I got it the first time, don't worry. As i have said to another friend, we do not hate people, we just don't like them anymore. Don't you at least want to try and talk to him about this? Maybe he will listen to some reason?? TATA.

Not a chance my friend because his views have been clouded already. "WE" (I mean some of our friends) tried to advice him couple of times but he did'nt listen. There were 3 people including me, who tried to understand him about his complains..However, it seems like it's a routine. Everyday he will be talking things like that over and over again. I can't stand it anymore. He even complains about the admin and he sometimes let the admin people to hear his rantings. I'm sure the admin people who heard him were pissed off too. goodluck to him.

By this time, he probably knew that people are avoiding him. Very few people talk to him or sometimes none at all in a day. I just wish he can still pick up the pieces and be whole again, and learn from his mistakes.

Analyze him in anyway or? Hmm, problem with the keypad? hehe.. Well, i agree with you on that. I know he is professional but he acts very different sometimes. It doesn't match everything i knew about him with the actions he is currently doing. I wish everything will be well with him and the people around him. Otherwise, he is making a war that he will lose before he even started. He started it already actually hehe...Then, goodluck to him.

go with the flow, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. hehehe just kidding. we all have our (personal) complaints. i guess it's but normal. may i suggest you to tell your friend to bring his/her complaints to the administration for it to be solved. or yet advice your colleague to quit from his/her job, if not you do :-)

Haha..Go with the flow? The flow is too strong. Well, the admin is kinda fed up too. Not sure though but i think I'm right on that. No one told me but i can sense that people are really avoiding him. Not just the people in our own office but the admin people also. Let's just see what will happen in the next few weeks. As for me, distance is the best solution.
