I have a 10 year old Pit Bull Mix and her name is Bandit. I got her off the street when she was 6 months old and she was abused. It took me a month to get her to walk on a leash. I think whoever had her was trying to turn her into a fighting dog. Bandit is a lover not a fighter. She loves to watch tv and thinks she is a little kid. Taking her for walks is always a adventure she is always in people's business. She wants to know where people are going and what they are doing. She has stuck her nose into a children's dance class to watch them, stuck her face in a gym to watch men playing basketball. Last but not least she tried to get into a Church revival when the minister was calling for people to be saved. Bandit is a Catholic dog who has been blessed many times. She is spoiled rotten and makes me laugh every day. She also taught me that Pit Bulls are not the mean evil dogs that the media likes to make it seem. These dogs are very loving, smart, and kind. You just need to treat them the same way. She is very smart and tries her best to communicate with me to let me know what she wants. She is the best dog I have ever had.

Very Well Said and hats off to you for the rescue. I am so happy to read your story about your pit bull. My little Yorkie X makes me laugh everyday also. Are they not so precious?

Our dog is also a golden retriever. He is 7 months old and he is a great dog. He is very outgoing and he loves spending time with other dogs. He is not scared when he meets other dogs, he just loves to play with them. My parents have a dog and so does my mother-in-law, when we visit them our dog gets very, very happy to see the other dogs. He is intelligent and he learnes new things very quickly. He is also very independent and strong. I love him very much, but I was a bit surpriced that is so outgoing and strong, because my parents had a golden retriever many years ago, and he was completely different. He was afraid of everything, they couldn't take him for a walk, because he was afraid of the cars etc. Our dog isn't scared at all, and he loves the things that the other dog was trying to avoid.

My Yorkie Pup - Yorkies are smart too
Congrats on owning one of the smartest dogs on earth! Golden retrievers are not only beautiful dogs but extremely intelligent as well. I agree that all dogs are beautiful, regardless of the breed. My dog is a mixed breed. Yorkie, Shitz Tzu and Maltese. She is also extremely beautiful, cute, pretty.. but somewhat stubborn. A mind of her own but she is very smart and quick learning. Although sometimes she just doesn't want to exhibit her wits and acts, i think more stubborn than she really is. Perhaps that has to do with where the moon was when she was born on May 2, lol. What the most interesting thing about my dog at this point since she is still two years of age, is her ears. They are quite large for her breed. I began to think that perhaps she was mixed with something else. Perhaps.. rabbit? lol No! just kidding. Later I seen a couple of purebred Yorkies and well, to my surprise they had very large ears, that stood right up, just like my pups ears do. What is most interesting is that since my pup is very photogenic, she has a portfolio and does photo shoots.

Hi, I own two Border Collie b!tches, mother and daughter, these small black and white wolves are the most intelligent breed of dog, they are also loyal, affectionate, supremely agile and tireless athletes. They learn command words as fast as a human baby and can work sheep out of sight of the owner. They have more of a wolf's instincts then other breeds and must not be allowed to become dominant. They run behind my truck at up to 30mph, perform tricks on command, are very hardy and good doers all the best urban
