I prefer fish and chicken myself ..as the meat of choice..and of the two I like fish the best.

I love chicken and skirt steak. My husband got me hooked on skirt steak when we lived in NY. Now that we are in PA, we have a really hard time finding it, so we don't get to have it that often.

sounds really yummy..chicken..Never heard of skirt steak; perhaps you can tell us what it is? what part of the beef/cow is this ? Is it more expensive then sirloin or filet mignon?+

I love salmon too..salmon cakes..I can eat about 3 and then even cold..never heard of carne asada flank..what is this? Can you tell me?+

yum..pork chops and steak..what kind of steak do you like the best? I like filet mignon and pork chops baked in the oven really is the best way to make them nice and tender;)+

what is ground mince? I never heard of that..Now I know what chicken is ..it's really great meat and healthy..especially chicken soup..+

That is the healthiest type of meat ..I am told..I am not too sure of pork..but they call it white meat as well.. Know any good pork recipes?+

i prefer chicken n fish as well.. and doctors always say to eat white meat its good for health. i like fish cooked in oven with a special onion sauce.. it tastes yum my mom makes it..
ground mince is mutton meat in chopped foam.. :)
