It certainly is! The person loving the gift you made for them is definitely a bonus!

it was pretty easy, but it would cost about $50 for one that size and type, could make it less expensively, but it would still be more than one of those "snuggies" but, it wouldn't be open in the back like they are
I think $20 would be the least I could go and that wouldn't have the cute kitty print
Mine is only one layer (the kitty one) and it was $20 for about a foot less and only measuring and cutting.

Very pretty and well worth the time and money to make it. I hope it serves you well for many winters to come.

Yes I guess the only way it would be worth it, is if you have a lot of product. I have never looked into it, as I have only made 1 thing from scratch and if you have to buy the kits or materials, you would have to charge too much to make any profit!
As long as she likes what she sees in her mind that's all that matters. My favorite color is probably purple also, both the color and the word.

Its a very pretty cat design on the fabric. Is the shawl for you? Did you follow a pattern or design it yourself?

it is a cute pattern (the back is upside down...
and while I didn't design it, I didn't have an actual pattern either
I took a shawl she had that she likes, but is a bit too light weight and made this, but she wanted it double layered, so I had to sew it up, then turn it right sides out and finish it, so I also had to know how to do that (and match up 2 fabrics that really didn't want to be together... they were trying to wrinkle but they ended up flat in the end!)
Now, I made one like it, but only with the cute kitties fleece so it was a simple cutting job...

Oh wow! Congratulations on the beautiful kitty shawl that you made! I wish I could make that kind of stuff! Although I did crochet my oldest a blanket when she was first born! I wanted to make one for my second child (she's 5 months now) but I completely forgot how to do it!

Hey Elic! I think you did an incredible job! I love it! The

us all one too? I am so jealous! Really came out beautiful!
She is a lucky roomy to have such a talented roomy/friend!
I don't see the purple, but maybe the kitties are lying on it!lol

That is so good! You are clever, I so envy clever creative people like you. I don’t make anything; I just don’t have the patience. The shawl looks beautiful; all those cats are so effective. I received your discussion via email and I had to come and have a look, I’m glad I did because not only the shawl is lovely but I was wondering what you meant when you said you cut the head off intentionally!
